Phoebe was friendly introduced herself and took timetable ask what I wanted. I felt at ease and welcome.

Cordelle always colours my hair perfectly, just as I like it, and I'm always thrilled with her cutting and styling skills.

I had Laura as a replacement as Patrick was off sick and as ever you are concerned with a new person taking on your hair. However I shouldn’t have been concerned as Laura was exceptionally attentive and I’ve come out with a first class haircut which I’m very pleased with!

Such lovely service. So much included in the price and everything that was being done to my hair was run by me and explained to make sure I was happy with it. Very friendly and welcoming.

My hair looks fabulous as always, Kelly does my hair perfectly and it is always just as I want it, I always leave feeling great and have had a lovely chat with her as a bonus. It’s such a pleasure to go to the Whiteley Salon, everyone is so friendly and helpful and go over and above to make you feel comfortable and safe, which these days is so important, but above all it’s a lovely escape for a couple of hours and you will leave feeling pampered with a spring in your step!! Chloe always does a great job with my hair. She is so precise with the scissors and always styles it beautifully.

Ellie made me feel extremely comfortable as soon as I arrived. Listened to what I wanted and understood, offering suggestions to help my hair look it’s best but consulting me the whole time. I went in to just get the dead ends chopped off whilst I grow my colour out and thanks to her I came out looking fabulous and like my hair has been styled that way and is not just in between my colour whims.

Will definitely be booking in with her when I need another cut and when I decide the next colour look. She listened to my wants as well as trying to understand my hair type (dry thick and curly) and added her expert opinion without ignoring me.

Better than I expected. Very pleased with service and skill. Definately come back.

Last minute appointment with the awesome Kelly, so I could get my hair cut prior to self isolating for an operation. Kellys usually professionalism and forethought taking into account that my short hair needed to be shorter as may not be able to visit for a lot longer than my usual 5wks. Also a reminder to book now for Christmas.
Always a great cut from Kelly or Patrick and super customer service ftom the whole team and a fantastic well organised covid procedures.
