I was looking for a hairdressers that were open on a Sunday and found Hair OTT on Google. Phoned the day before and they said Patrick could fit me in the next morning. I had never been before and didn't even know where it was in Whiteley, and wad surprised it was tucked in behind the back of the other shops. On arrival was made to feel very welcome by Louise, who took my coat, showed me to a seat and asked if I wanted a drink. They made me a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, the full works. Patrick then introduced himself, asked about what I was looking for with my short hair. He was extremely good and suggested what to do with my hair and giving me tips to do it myself. He washed my hair then gave me a complimentary head, neck and shoulder massage before stying my hair. When he had finished my hair looked great and I wished we had done a before and after photo. I was going out that evening and friends did notice my hair cut and gave compliments. Thank you so much Patrick for saving the day and I've already booked my next appointment with you on the New Year. Thoroughly recommend this salon.

Gawjus sharp bob for Christmas, perfect!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hair OTT Whiteley with Kelly. I went in for highlights and a cut and she truly knew her stuff. During the consultation, she patiently listened to my concerns about my hair's health and recommended a plan that was perfect for me. The result was fantastic; the colour is exactly what I wanted, blending the ever increasing natural tinsel, and the cut is so easy to style at home. I left the salon feeling incredibly confident and would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for an expert cut and colour. Not the cheapest but I'm all for getting what you pay for and would never go anywhere else.

I’ve been on the look out for quite a while for a good hairdresser that would cut my hair in a short edgy cut (like I use to have), Looking on line I saw Whitely had a salon so read all the reviews. Popped in Saturday to make an appointment and was lucky to be offered and early Sunday one.

Had a really good chat with Pat and he knew exactly what I was looking for and I’m so happy, I love it. Sent a picture to my hubby & friends and they all agree it suits me & love it too. Thank you Pat

I was going away and needed an appointment at short notice. Managed to get one with lovely Mel. Happy as always with my cut and would recommend the salon.

After a discussion with Patrick I decided to try a new colour and a few strands of aubergine were put in my fringe. I loved it but I evidently needed more strands as my husband has still not noticed

Thanks to Molly for tidying up my very neglected hair! It looks lovely and I will be booking again, not leaving it so long between cuts. Thanks Molly for listening to me about what I would like and making it happen. See you just after the New Year where i will be brave and have a little more chopped off!

I am a nightmare for booking hair appointments and often leave it a year between cuts. Today was my annual visit and I had Belle give me a trim & tidy. She was really lovely, friendly & did a great job. Very pleased with the results 😊
