A wonderful pamper by Belle (and Bo) and Belles professionalism and knowledge really shown through today.
We are working towards a grey/black ashy edgy look and before drying finished and styling finished I questioned the colouring - always wait until the very end! The curls/waves Belle put on really helped show off the colour change today, so what I thought wasn’t too much of a change, it was actually quite a big one and set us further in the direction for the next colouring

Belle remained sooo warm and friendly, professional, knowledgable and she made me feel heard and understood, but also explained and mapped out our next step of our master plan (chemo regrowth hair so a big deal for both of us)

I cannot thank you enough, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now

I haven’t had my hair cut in 2 years and I’ve been very hesitant to go or even find a hair salon due to having an 18 month old. I booked online last minute the night before for a cut & design. I was anxious about bringing my toddler, luckily she slept, but all the staff were great at making me relax and feel at ease; offering me a drink too. The lady who did my shampoo did a gorgeous mini neck and head massage - wish this was an additional add on for treatment!! Belle was my stylist she listened to exactly what I was envisioning and made it even better. The salon is much bigger than expected with gorgeous interior, I’ve got spinal issues and can say the chairs even at the basins were incredibly comfy. The cost of the appointment was great. The salon was kept continuously cleaned. Thank you all for putting me at ease. I look forward to coming back for my next appointment ❤️

From arrival to leaving. All staff are lovely, friendly, approachable and helpful! Love my haircut and Belle is really knowledgeable about what suits you and your hair type. Really pleased and will be booking back in for colour soon.

Having recently moved to the area, I was quite nervous about finding a new hairstylist because I am very particular about my hair. I had already tried two other salons but left both feeling like I had not really been listened to or looked after.

After finding Erin online, I decided to give her a try and I am so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered great advice, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment.

I am absolutely blown away with both the service and the result. It is such a relief to have finally found someone I trust with my hair and I have already booked all of my future appointments with her. I could not recommend Erin highly enough.

Can't fault anything about it, felt very welcomed and looked after. Pleasant atmosphere, very calm, not to mention air conditioned!

Molly did an incredible job of my hair for an event I was attending in London later that evening. She did my hair exactly how I asked and although I was worried it wouldn’t stay in place the whole day it did! She was brilliant and we had a lovely chat throughout the appointment. Thank you Molly!

I believe it was Beau who did my hair last week. For a newly qualified hairdresser, she was incredibly professional and did an amazing job. My blow-dry has lasted nearly a week, which is so impressive!

I’ll definitely be back and will be requesting Beau again. As a hairdresser and salon owner myself with 20 years of experience, I know what to look for, and I was genuinely impressed. Highly recommended!

Finally returned to Hair Ott after a 13 year sabbatical! Great experience from start to finish. Quality cut and finish in a fabulous clean salon.

However, I also trust her judgement completely and I really like that I’ve found a hairdresser I have a good relationship with.

This was my first visit to the salon. The manager was very lovely but unfortunately the young lady who did my hair was not listening to anything I was asking for but instead insisting on her own opinion such as what colour my roots needed instead of the colour I actually wanted. I ended up with a hair cut that I didn't ask for plus my existing highlights got blotched. I also found out from the young lady that going grey wouldn't suit me because I'm dark. I recommend giving less personal opinion and more listening to what the customer is asking for.

Maxine is incredible, I look forward to each visit and seeing what she can create. Today I am so happy and my cut has made me feel like a new woman.

I always get a bit nervous walking in to get my hair done because I don’t do it very often but Eloise was lovely and I felt so comfortable and like she really listened to what I wanted. I think the pricing is super reasonable and the rest of the staff always smile and seem friendly. I love my hair and will happily book with Eloise next time to!!
