I have always assumed I didn't speak "hairstylist" until I met Kelly. She listens and explains what she's doing and why she's doing it. She totally 'gets' my unco-operative hair and understands that when I point out an issue with my hair, it is a reflection of my difficult hair and not a criticism of her technique. She always finds clever ways to resolve my hair issues and does it with good nature and immense professionalism.

My hair is always perfect, but then if you have Otto as your stylist it always will be!! Thank you Otto and for the consistently excellent standards of all your staff! Happy Christmas and best regards for 2021.

I love my visit to Hair OTT. Millie greets me with warm welcoming smile which makes me feel special. I come out absolutely satisfied with my hair colour cut and finished result.

Had my longish hair cut and coloured by Alice a few weeks ago, but decided I wanted it a bit shorter and more layered - had Alice again this time and am SO pleased - it's exactly what I wanted, and is easy to do myself too! Very happy, Alice is a great cut and colourist!

The Waterlooville Salon has a wonderful friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in, the safety elements in the current climate have been done to a very high standard. Emma has been cutting my hair for 2 years she is such a warm friendly person you do feel like every visit has that extra personal touch. I would highly recommend this salon. Definitely 10/10 for customer service with staff that go above & beyond.

In my opinion the best hairdressers around, friendly, professional and safe environment. My haircuts and colours are always great, and I always receive lots of compliments. They always give you a consultation to start with so you can discuss exacatly what you want, even if you have been going there years. Think they have coped brilliantly during this pandemic and provided an excellent service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The lovely Pat cuts my hair, has been looking after my hair for years. Always asks how I am ,how has my hair been for me. Then gives me suggestions for my hair. ?

Liz always takes her time getting your hair just right, her vast experience shows. She is good at giving you advice, or makes a suggestion you possibly didn't consider when discussing your hair.
She handles my hair so well it's always easy for me to do at home.
Sadly during the restrictions at the moment, you loose the Salon experience, choice of magazines, drinks in proper cups, relaxed atmosphere the salon is missing that extra magic, plus being able to see yourself mask less!

Cordelle always does a brilliant job of my hair, colouring and cut. My hair is the best it has ever been. Highly recommend.

I literally went in with Brillo pad hair, patchy colour and a poor uneven cut. It took 3.5 hrs of Jess’ abvice & real skill to enable me to walk out with hair as soft as silk, colours that are beautiful and a cut which is precisely perfect!
I cannot recommend Jess more!

I was very warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Everyone was friendly and attentive. My stylist, Pat , was his usual exceptional self! Warm, friendly, cheerful and gave me a fabulous cut and design! Couldn’t have been better!

The staff are always very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Patrick is excellent and always asks how my hair has been and what I would like to be done on this visit.

I first visit the waterlooville salon after the first lockdown . Was very impressed with service and how Cordelle listened to how I wanted my haircut. And as I’ve got hearing aids she those into account when cutting my hair . I also was presented with a lovely candle being my 1st Visit ! And now i after my December visit I have a Christmas card with offers in . Lovely staff .an very pleased I went there .
