Lovely hairdresser, really friendly. Only wanted a little cut and she listened and done what I wanted.

Such a welcoming salon and I always have a good laugh with Patrick. He cuts my hair perfectly every time! And he does such a beautiful blow dry - a real 5* service

Very impressed with the online booking system before I even stepped foot in the salon. Communication from start to finish was excellent including the detailed discussions of what was required and how it would be achieved. Friendly staff, excellent cleanliness and a wonderful welcome.

Super experience, always made to feel important. Good listener and ensures you get the chance to discuss the best style. Feels like going to see a friend each visit.

Liz's skill and experience is what I need and that's what I get.
She suggested what would be suitable as in Lockdown my hair has got much longer than normal. She cuts it so I can do it fine myself. I leave the colour choice to her as she knows what suits me. Discuss all the way so I know what to expect.
Only thing I would comment on, the salon looks tired and in need of a face lift.

Very happy with my first visit to OTT this morning. Laura was excellent, she spent time listening to what I wanted and gave advice and her professional opinion when asked. I was really impressed.

I've been having my hair cut and coloured by Kelly for 6 years and she's the best hairdresser I've ever had (and I've tried several!). She listens well and understands my hair type and my quirks! I always get compliments on my hair colour from people; Kelly does an amazing job lifting my natural colour to cover my increasing greys whilst keeping it lovely and natural. All the salon staff are fab and it's a lovely experience every time I go.

Kelly has been my stylist for a number of years. She is forthright, honest about what can and cannot be achieved, and she explains all the techniques and products she will use. She is always prepared to really listen and to adopt strategies that suit my extremely uncooperative hair. The consummate professional! Bravo Kelly!

Emma i a well qualified and highly experienced professional hairdresser something that shows in everything she is doing. She takes time to listen to your wishes and does according to what has been agreed. I always feel I have her full attention.

I always think you can tell the integrity and professionalism of a business by the customer service. I had my hair coloured and styled last week by a different stylist and I was not 100% on the colour. I really don’t like having to raise this with the salon but I decided I needed to to be able to be happy with the colour. On calling the salon the receptionist (I am so sorry I am terrible with names) made me feel completely at ease and was extremely friendly. She made me feel completely comfortable to return to the salon and have the colour retouched. I was booked in very quickly with Alice the following day. On arriving at the salon, alice made me feel really welcome and comfortable. We went through what my issues were with the colour and she made me feel understood and looked after. Alice perfected the hair colour and I was left feeling fantastic. The colour was exactly how I wanted it and looked very natural. I would highly recommend Alice and Hair OTT

After years of having a friend cut my hair, I have taken the plunge and have just returned from a wonderful treatment by Cordelle at Hair OTT. I was nervous initially but they made me feel so relaxed and really looked after me, as well as welcoming my son who has special needs. They were all lovely. Absolutely beautiful service, with pots of tea, a neck and head massage, hair treatment and cut. My hair feels like it has a whole new lease of life. It feels so soft and silky. I am thrilled and have already booked my next treatment. Definitely recommend. :)

Cordelle has been cutting my hair for some months now, she seems to understand exactly what I want , bearing in mind I wear 2 hearing aids & glasses. But Cordelle always makes sure my haircut covers my hearing aids ? which makes me feel very confident going out . She also explains how to manage my hair between cuts ! So very impressed ??

Good service as always . My last haircut with Cordelle was 6 months ago but because it was a good cut it had kept its shape despite the length of time . Very pleased with this cut and style .

Had the most amazing haircut and style by Lucy C. Lucy made me feel very welcome as soon as I arrived aswell as completely understanding the look I wanted to achieve with my hair. I left the salon feeling amazing and have already booked in to see Lucy again for a blow-dry and style in a few weeks time. Not only that, I was struggling with styling my fringe due to having naturally curly hair and asked if I could come back in to the salon to be shown how to style my new fringe. Lucy sat me down and went through step by step and made me feel more confident on how to style it going forwards. Would highly recommend Lucy C and hair ott whiteley.
