From first being greeted at Hair Ott l was warmly greeted and felt in safe hands straight away.It has been a long while since l had a any treatment on my hair so l literally needed everything!
Katie was my stylist and she was just perfect,l was taken through all needed to hear and had the treatments for my overtreated hair and and given a fantastic cut and blow-dry, Katie had noticed how l styled my hair just so pleased with it.
Then l returned for colour and highlights,l had a colour test when l had my hair cut and had no issues,l love the colour so much all family love it my daughter says it takes 10 years off me! ( Hmmmm)??
I had a very enjoyable experience,looking forward to the next appointment.The apprentices were kind and respectful too

Lovely relaxing atmosphere always made welcome plus leaving the salon alot happy than when I went in.

I haven’t been to the hairdressers for almost 20 years as the last few times I went, each and every time, I had everything that I hadn’t asked for. So I swore I’d never go ever again. But on then getting Lucy as a recommendation, I decided to give it another try.
So glad I did! Lucy really listened to my worries and more importantly, listened to what I wanted. She did precisely what I asked, gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had and I now love my hair! I’ve even made an appointment to go back!

Lucy Allan was very good we always enjoy coming I also recommended my daughter but she and didn’t get 50%off haircut as it’s just as lockdown down happen but I still recommended OTT to my friend

Upon the closure of the Lakeside branch of Hair Ott I was so reluctant to change my stylist, (the lovely Nicky), that I followed her to the Whitekey salon. I have very fine difficult hair which over the years I have trusted to very few, but Nicky listens to my concerns and has always taken on board all the issues I have for years tried to address. Lovely salon, welcoming staff and I couldn’t be happier with my stylist Nicky.

From the moment I booked the service was excellent. The whole process from arrival to leaving was fantastic. Ellie not only made me feel comfortable but provided me with the best haircut, exactly what I as looking for this time around. I would highly recommend Hair Ott Waterlooville and am looking forward to my next cut :D
