As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by a friendly welcoming face. The salon is clean, bright and airy. The young girl washing my hair was really sweet and tried making conversation too bless her. Millie cut and styled my hair and was an absolute delight. The whole experience is well worth the money, I’ll be back again soon. You leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

The service was the best I’ve had! Such a lovely atmosphere, they make the time for you. The best hair cut I’ve had as well. Would so recommend Millie she was such a pleasure to have style my hair

It’s so lovely getting my hair cut and coloured at Hair OTT Whiteley. Always come away with a brilliant cut and colour and Patrick always takes note of what it is i want doing to my hair. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Plus a stylish and comfortable salon and an hour and a half break to sit back and relax.

I absolutely LOVE coming here and Scarlett is just wonderful. She allows you to explain what you would like but offers suggestions and professional advice. She is also so approachable and has the balance of talking to you during the service yet allowing you time to relax ‘down to a T’.
I’m fact all the staff are fantastic, Hair OTT really take care of you and make you feel so special to them, from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave you go away feeling like you’re the only one they’re looking after. I’ve tried many salons over the years and I only use Hair OTT.
The ambience of the salon, the products used, the professional advice and extras like shoulder massage and decent refreshments really are second to none. If you would like to have a bit of you time, feel special and looked after by professionals Hair Ott is the place to go

My goodness, Millie has some skills ! She’s taken me from long hair, to pixie cuts and back again ! She is very talented and I love her haircuts.

Patrick has done an amazing cut and colour as always. The staff are all very attentive and look after you very well.

Lucy is lovely, super friendly we got on really well. We discussed in length the colours I wanted in my hair. Really happy with overall cut and colour. Had some colour on my forehead and ears, which after some pressing/rubbing it came off a bit.

Lucy has been cutting my hair for a few years now, she is always friendly, happy and considerate of my needs and needs for my hair.

A complete change from long to structured Bob. Liz was amazing from start to finish. She looked at the photo I provided and explained how she'll cut it now, how it will grow to shape and how I'll grow in confidence with such a change in style. The cut and finish was even better than the photo! Fantastic stylist who is the ultimate professional.

Put me at ease, listened and advised. Used theory to explain reasons for advice and taught me some amazing tips. I could feel the passion and love for the job they do and it definitely did not feel like it was about the money. Despite it being busy, I did not feel as though I was on a conveyor belt and my needs were constantly met. Time was put in to my appointment and it made my experience even more amazing. Thank you for listening and caring, I feel confident in a salon again.

Went in feeling desperate for a hair cut and went out loving my new style. I have very thick wavy hair and Jess really took her time giving me a fab cut and taking a lot of weight out. Excellent job!

Jess is an incredibly talented hairdresser. Her colour knowledge is incredible and I haven’t had a better stylist!

The lovely Liz made me feel very welcome and explained exactly what she was going to do, it’s the best haircut and blow dry Iv ever had, it’s certainly cheered me up after a few depressing months suffering with grief over the loss of my husband due to covid . Katie listened to what I wanted. A good haircut, even cut my fringe after hair was dry, making sure it didn't bounce up, as it's curl hair and would if it was wet! Will return for my next haircut

The shop was really clean and really pleasant atmosphere where staff were all caring each other and customers including myself were able to be very relaxed.
I did shampoo and haircut&dry set which I also really enjoyed. The hairdresser, Mell, consulted me first carefully to achieve what's the best. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

I had my hair cut and treated today after a very very long time and 4 months after giving birth my hair desperately needed some love. I had Karen and she was amazing, gave me lots of advice and really reassured me. Will definitely be making it my regular.

Today I returned to Hair OTT for blonde highlights with Ellie.. as always super happy and absolutely love the colour. Wouldn’t go to anyone else she is amazing!

I first came to Hair OTT about 4 years ago and saw Alice. I was fed up and asked what did she suggest, gave me a total restyle, something I’d never have chosen for myself and I loved it. I now would never see anyone else. Service from the whole team is always smiles and professionalism. Highly recommend.
