All the staff were incredibly friendly, relaxed and helpful. I was offered drinks and had a delicious cappuccino. Millie was friendly and completely understood what I was looking for in a haircut. She knew exactly what to do, and made my hair feel so much healthier, and took out the frizz and craziness I usually have. I'm so pleased with my haircut, and the products she used left my hair so soft and smooth. Thank you Millie, and all the staff at Hair Ott!

I came in for my first haircut in over a year today with Karen. She was so welcoming and explained everything she was doing as she was going. She also made sure I was happy at every stage. I left feeling like an absolutely new woman and I cannot wait for my appointment next month, thank you so much for turning me from drab to fab xx

Appointment was 20 mins late and I did spend that time sat in a hair dressers chair without being approached / engaged in any conversation BUT as soon as Jess was there, my entire experience changed. She’s brilliant - very thorough and essentially gave me a lesson in hair texture and styling. 100% recommend Jess to anyone.

This young lady made my day. I've never had such a good cut. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Very gentle hairdresser too as. I've athritis. Even offered a head and shoulder massage. Well trained and even down to a drink offered and cleanliness felt a safe and clean environment. Lady at desk who served me was also very very welcoming when I arrived. Thank you for today I needed a pamper I got far more than that. Can't say enough good comments. Professional stylist. X

Brilliant. Second time I’ve been to see Millie and both times have left really happy. She’s really talented! The rest of the staff are very friendly and everyone is spaced out enough to feel comfortable during the pandemic.

I wanted my hair cut much shorter and I was really nervous. Cordelle made me feel at ease and was so brilliant.

Cordelle is lovely. She really takes her time to make sure I’m aware of all the options and she advises on what would suit me. She is so attentive and every time I leave my appointment with her I feel a million dollars.

All the staff are just so nice and caring - they make you feel like there isn’t anything that would be too much trouble.

I don’t usually have Cordelle but I have to say as my regular stylist was on holiday I had Cordelle and I was not disappointed. She listened to what I asked for and I was really happy with the result! She is a really lovely young lady and I throughly enjoyed chatting to her! Very happy!

At 36 weeks pregnant it was so nice to be able to squeeze in a last hair cut before the second baby causes chaos. Kelly was friendly and welcoming, talked me through how my hair behaved and how she planned to cut it. She told me how to blow dry it to achieve best results and also which lovely products to use. She made a very tired mummy and mummy-to-be feel fabulous … thank you so much Kelly.
