Eloise did such a great job , I came in not being too sure on what I wanted. She suggested what would be best for my hair and face shape and it looks absolutely great! Very professional and friendly.

Loved my hair! Great bouncy blow dry with the ‘leave in brush’ method! Hair still looks great hours later and after getting caught in the rain. Lovely salon to!

Jess is amazing, she always ask how you are, interested in what you want, asks if you have ideas of what style you'd like and will always be honest if she is unsure it'll suit you but will give excellent advice and ideas to help. Puts you at easy. She's simply amazing.
All the staff are very friendly as well and will ask if you need anything. Super friendly service and atmosphere.

Today I had a cut & blow dry with Shannon. As a person with long hair, I’ve previously experienced stylists who do not listen to my request to just ‘trim the ends’ and I have walked away with my hair shorter than I would have liked on many occasions. Shannon always listens and only cuts the length that we previously agree between us. I really appreciate this and know I can trust her.

My stylist was Mel. I am always very happy with the way she styles my hair. Everyone is always friendly at this salon

I had a cut and colour done today and it was done to a professional and high standard. Patrick talked me through the colour explaining having it darker at the back to bring out the blond at the front. I am very pleased with the result .

It was my first visit with Maxine today after being recommended by a friend. My main concern was hair loss after Covid and stress.
She was amazing !!!!! Did a thorough scalp check and made me feel at ease and reassured me and advised me more than any hairdresser I’ve ever had . She talked through every process and all the products used and the plan for colouring in the future and how we go about it .
I honestly cannot recommend her enough , it has without a doubt been the best experience I’ve ever had at a hairdressers.

Love my hair - simple as that! Scarlett is so professional and fantastic with both colour and cut. The best.

I've been going to Hair Ott for a number of years and more recently moved to the Whitely branch following the closure of another salon. They offer an excellent, welcoming service. Mel is brilliant; she always takes time to discuss what I'm hoping for and understands what I want from my hair style. I also feel they continue to be careful about safety during the continuing pandemic.

Phoebe is a very lovely lady and she has cut my hair just as I wanted her to. I would recommend her to friends.

As always cordelle was brilliant and y came away feeling I had a bounce in my step and more comfortable with my self
