Kelly is always willing to listen to styles I might be considering and because a lot of them won’t work on my hair, can make alternative suggestions that I’m happy with.

After having my children my hair was a mess and I had been box dyeing my hair to hide my first few grey hairs. As always I had a great experience. I was asked exactly what I wanted & and was also advised as to what would help with my unruly kinks at the back if my hair! I was very pleased with the result.

It’s always a pleasure going to Hair Ott, it’s a lovely relaxed atmosphere even though the salon is always busy.

I love that Katie listens to what I want and today I asked for a slight change. Katie did just what I asked for and I’m over the moon with my shorter style.

Absolutely love it. Penny gave me some good drying tips and I have managed (almost) to create the same look. Excellent cut. Maybe next time I will go a little lighter!

After having long straight hair for I don't know how long I fancied a change. Patrick has been my hairdresser for years, knows exactly how my hair handles and what suits me. His cuts always keep shape and fall just where they need to, he got the new style just how I wanted and explained how to style it when I wash it and how to add a little different look when I want. He is a miracle worker. ?

I had previously had my hair done elsewhere and wasn’t happy with the colour but the girls put me at ease and talked me through what needed to be done. I’m so happy with the results and is exactly what I wanted!

Had a wash and blow dry this morning with Ellie, she was lovely, did a lovely job on my hair even though I have really thick extensions in so it took longer than a normal wash and blow dry, nothing was too much trouble. 5 star experiences

Throughout my appointment today I was very well looked after, with all staff friendly and welcoming. At the start of my appointment my stylist asked how I would like my hair, and explained what she was doing throughout the appointment.
I’ve been to the Salon a few times now, and I am very happy with the service.
