Layla came home in tears and I had to see if I could sort out the mess the lady did . She still looks weird but I did not a bad just tidying the bad hair cut . She is now so scared to go to school on Monday. I’m really not happy
Hi Layla, we are so sorry you are unhappy with your hair. At Hair Ott we want all of our clients to leave the salon feeling happy and confident with their hair. If you feel you can, we would like the opportunity to invite you back to the salon with our Manager Emma for a complimentary appointment. Maxine is an absolute miracle worker. She always knows exactly what I want and has an amazing ability to take my ramblings and internet pictures, and turn them into something that suits me 100%. Her skill with colours is second to none and she knows what will and will not work for me and on hair. I always leave the salon feeling incredibly confident and happy with her work and even better, the style and colour work for the duration of the tome between appointments. She can even make it so the inevitable colour fade still looks fabulous.

My roots were SO outgrown and my hair was covered in copper dye. Scarlett lifted all the copper and packed in so many foils in so my hair is beautiful and blonde again! I love it!!!

I'm growing my hair, and it's at that awkward in-between stage. I also tried to cut my fringe myself a couple of weeks ago and messed it up!
Despite that, Cordelle has managed to tidy it up nicely, and it looks lighter and refreshed.

The Salon was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
