The Salon was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Phoebe especially was fabulous, she listened to what I wanted and she gave me so much advice and explained what she was doing and why she was doing it every step of the way. Lily was very friendly and helpful. She was attentive in making me feel comfortable for phoebe to then cut and style my hair. I'm not keen on going to the hairdressers (any) and I told Phoebe that, she was amazing. Just got on with it whilst still involving me in the whole process. Lovely salon, easy to book, skilled hairdressers and attentive Saturday staff. Would recommend.

I always think it's really hard cutting someone's hair for the first time. However, when my usual stylist wasn't available, Lucy cut my hair as if she'd been doing it for years. She immediately understood what I wanted and advised on ways to enhance my style. Additionally her friendly, cheery manner make it a very enjoyable experience to visit the the salon.

Kelly always looks after me so well and knows exactly how I want my hair. My cut and colour look amazing again. Already looking forward to my next appointment

The best salon experience I have had in a very long time! I couldn’t fault anything! Lucy was so so lovely, she was so precise with everything and asked lots of questions which was a nice touch . I will definitely be returning in the future.

As always I was very pleased with the result. Kelly is always friendly and extremely professional from the initial consultation through to the finish.

Such a fabulous and lovely team of people. Lucy was amazing, she sat and talked through some ideas for my hair. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each process (especially shampooing ??) so I understood where I needed to change my routine. She was so chatty and friendly, I almost forgot I was getting my hair done! I would highly recommend her and the team to any of my friends and family. And I blooming love my hair!

In this review I would like to personally thank Emma she has been regularly styling my hair for the past 5 years ,she is so approachable when it comes to asking for a certain cut/style using her expertise to make suggestions when I’m in a ‘not sure what I want mood’ II would highly recommend not only OTT but also Emma.
