Brilliant first haircut with you today Scarlett, lovely girl, made sure she knew what I wanted which was really important. I’m usually nervous having someone new cut my hair. Scarlett was very professional & confident.

Maxine coloured my hair today. And did her best to correct my self cut fringe! (I was having a midlife crisis)?
So pleased. She has done a fantastic job.

From today, masks are no longer mandated. I still wore mine for my appointment and both Kelly and Elise put one on as soon as they saw me wearing mine.
I'm gradually moving towards a shorter cut (never had short hair in my life) and the care that Kelly takes in discussing this, ensuring I know exactly how we'll achieve the style I want and her willingness to listen to my concerns and provide reassurance is second to none.
Kelly is a brilliant stylist and all the staff at Hair Ott are charming. Love this salon! Worth every penny.

Once again I was 100% pleased with my blow dry today with the lovely Alice

This is my second appointment with Alice. Together we are working towards new colours/tones for my hair. Alice has already restyled my hair. She has been great talking me through each stage of this transformation and only making the changes I am happy with or agree to. I feel in very safe hands and Alice's skill and knowledge can easily be seen in my wonderful new hairstyle! Would highly recommend her and the OTT salon in Waterlooville, a very friendly, approachable and professional salon.

Being a repeat customer for many years I can safely say I completely trust the team at Hair OTT Waterlooville for my hair care. The booking process is easy, the staff always considerate and nothing is too much trouble. The team always make me feel at ease and communication is fantastic. Fab from beginning to end - Receptionist booking in bloody lovely, Cordelle is always fantastic, her advice and skill is priceless and the lovely lady who supported the colour and wash process very sweet and great customer service skills :) thanks ladies!

From start to finish the staff were friendly, helpful & nothing was too much trouble. They made me feel very at ease & talked through everything with me before starting. I will be going back & would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone.

Had a brilliant cut today - Millie is great and took so much care over making it perfect for me, despite me not having my hair cut for a very long time.

I came back for a hair cut with Cordelle as was impressed with my 1st cut last year. Again I'm loving my fresh cut and the finish on my hair.

I cannot praise Katie or this salon enough. The care & effort put into the salon experience as a customer is fantastic.
Katie is constantly checking everything with attention to detail on the customers hair. Katie is such a genuine person & professional stylist giving very good hair aftercare salon advice too.This including what salon products will suit your hair for the best optimised condition in between visits. The service and aftercare service if required from her and hair Ott overall in my experience has honestly been faultless. Very Satisfied!

This was my first visit to the salon and I was very pleased with the result. Cordelle took time to discuss what I wanted and offered advice. She made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to style my hair how I like it. Booking online was easy and I was able to get an appointment the same day.

I’m 70 years young and every time I come in (excluding covid) I’m always ready for the great pot of tea!! The whole team is very friendly and respectful. My hairdresser is the perfect blend of listener, sharer of a joke or two and very open to how I’m feeling about my hair. His advice is always spot on but he is also flexible and will discuss all of my mad ideas. The only thing I miss is the head massage such a shame it has been abandoned. It can be difficult for me to handle my hair, but the cut I receive makes it so much easier in the interim.

Liked chatting with Shannon while she did my hair, feels loads better now and she talked me through everything she was doing and always checked I was OK with products. This is really nice as often nobody asks you how you feel about products.

Great experience today... really good colour and after colour treatment, good experience with washing hair, my neck was looked after (and had a lovely head a shoulder massage) which is important to me. Fabulous cut and finish by Phoebe and... 3 lovely cups of tea!! Highly recommend Hair Ott... you will be looked after no matter how busy they are.
