I have problems getting over how I want my hair cut, but Cordelle always seems to understand me, and has patience with me ! the end result is always what I wanted !

A really calm and relaxing atmosphere- I always enjoy my morning at Whiteley Hair OTT - Chloe knows exactly how I like my hair and cuts and styles it so it’s very easy for me to manage at home.

Such a fabulous and lovely team of people. Lucy was amazing, she sat and talked through some ideas for my hair. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each process (especially shampooing ??) so I understood where I needed to change my routine. She was so chatty and friendly, I almost forgot I was getting my hair done! I would highly recommend her and the team to any of my friends and family. And I blooming love my hair!

Lucy was so friendly and really, really knowledgable and helpful. She talked through what I wanted with me and really explained the process, as well as giving me lots of hints and tips about how to get my hair to grow longer and healthier. Brilliant salon, really chilled and relaxing too.

What a lovely experience today, Katie was very friendly and professional exposing everything to me. Looking to coming back on Tuesday to have my hair coloured.

In this review I would like to personally thank Emma she has been regularly styling my hair for the past 5 years ,she is so approachable when it comes to asking for a certain cut/style using her expertise to make suggestions when I’m in a ‘not sure what I want mood’ II would highly recommend not only OTT but also Emma.

An afternoon at the hairdressers is always a pleasure at HairOTT Whiteley.
Patrick is knowledgeable, talented and always does my hair effortlessly and it ends up looking natural and healthy.

Today was the first time I’ve met Lucy. She is knowledgable & highly skilled in her craft. This comes through in her confidence to discuss different hair types & both the positive & negative impacts various treatments can have to the hair. We talked through future goals for my style & I’m delighted with todays results.
