I’m soo comfortable when I go to this salon with an appointment with Mel. MyHabit is a mix of brown with considerable amounts of silver running through Mel has put foils as per my request and cut exactly as I like it. Thank you Mel.It’s taken a long time to discover this salon even though it only 10 minutes away

Karen took a lot of time to select the right blend of colours which I am so pleased with and my hair looks great and feels beautiful to touch. I was so well looked after with a wonderful head, neck and shoulders massage and a great pot of tea. I felt like a princess!

Very welcome from Mel when we had a little chat about my hair cut styling. Very professional and experience in her work and very efficient and kind in her attitude.

I am very pleased with my haircut. Mel understood what I was asking for and gave me what I asked for. This will be go to hairdresser whilst I am living in this area. I didn't need all the explanation of what was happening at every stage of the process but maybe some people need that!! I like to just rest for half an hour in the chair. Thanks Mel x

I have been coming to this salon a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Eloise is always very attentive, listens to me and checks with me throughout my appointment to make sure I am happy with what she is doing. I feel like one of the family now :) ? The reception staff are always so welcoming and always accommodating.

I felt welcomed from the first step to the salon. I was treated as a very special client. Ella has very professional manners. She cares for client’s satisfaction. I was very happy with the result and I’m sure I will be coming back. I have never been treated with such a care before in the hair salon.

Had hair cut, colour and treatment by Mel and it was perfect, my hair looks and feels great and felt very relaxed from head massage and nice atmosphere. Mel is very experienced and gives great advice and great results. I have had my hair done by mutliple stylists at hair ott whiteley inc Scarlett, Chloe, Kelly, Laura and Millie and have always left happy with my hair cut, colour and my experience there.

From the first consultation to the day I came in, Elise was fantastic. She knew exactly what I wanted even when I wasn’t sure. So friendly, super professional and an expert in her field. Can’t thank you enough Elise! I feel amazing so thank you again!

Patrick always gives a thorough consultation. He’s friendly and always has answers to my questions and knows how to deal with my hair. My hair always looks good when he has cut and coloured it. He’s brilliant. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. There’s always a very happy atmosphere in the salon.

Hi, visited Phoebe today, very skilled stylist. She is a skilled stylist who beautifully feathered and reduced weight in my hair manually whereas other stylists will fall back on the drawing scissors. Colour looks great and she took the time to get it right.

Casey was my tech assistant and as always she was ace, taking an interest in my chat and checking I was ok , brilliant customer service.

Another tech assistant (apols don’t know her name),helped me with my car ticket, really nice personable hair ott colleague who went above and beyond.

Patrick is always welcoming and very professional in his work. His staff are very friendly and very talented with their designs. The apprentices and other salon staff are polite, friendly and also work well in keeping the salon running smoothly.

Elise was so great. I had lots of questions and she answered them all, giving really helpful advice. Really pleased with my colour and Elsie kept the condition of my hair really good considering I’m going from dark brown back to blonde!
