Entering the salon I was greeted and an offer to take my coat and a seat. This was the start of a perfect Monday morning. Hair cut was discussed. Washed and treatment applied. I returned to Ellie who worked wonders with my very unruly hair. Absolute pleasure to visit hair Ott.

Patrick is just great. I always leave the salon feeling great about my hair and Pat always manages to make me laugh. He’s a genius hairdresser and has a lovely personality. In fact he’s “practically perfect in every way”. That’s a quote from Pat.
The whole team at Hair OTT Whiteley are really nice people.

No matter what my mood is when I go in, I’m always guaranteed a giggle with Patrick and a great cut when I leave.

I visited the salon yesterday after having a bit of a problem from a previous appointment.
The manager was so lovely and very professional.
She really took her time talking me through and showing me how to style my fringe, which was the main problem.
I left feeling so much better.
I would also like to add how nice, warm and welcoming the receptionist was.

Cordelle was very friendly, and did a lovely cut and finish on my hair, very happy with end result.

I'm not a leave a review person, but I needed to come on here. In all my years of going to hairdressers, I've never had such an amazing experience. I can't praise Phoebe enough. I can tell she put every ounce of her knowledge into my hair and never missed a beat. She really listened to me and went above and beyond to get my hair right. I've never met someone so passionate about her job and I am definitely going back to her from now on. Also to note, all the girls there are terrific. Please go to Hair Ott, Waterlooville, they deserve every penny and more.

Started 5 years ago at the Salon in Lakeside and then transferred to Mille at Whiteley. Lovely team, always friendly and chatty, always on time appointment wise and very easy team to deal with on booking and changes if required. Clean and professional with easy parking and have been very happy with the service over the years. Would recommend Mille as a stylist and the salon.

From the minute I walked into the salon I felt comfortable. I was greeted by a lovely friendly lady and shown to my seat where I waited, I was about 15 minutes early. Whilst waiting all of the staff smiled and acknowledged me, which was nice.
Katie, the stylist who did my hair, was excellent. From start to finish she was very attentive and did exactly as we discussed my hair was to be.

Lucy @ Hair OTT is a top class hairdresser, always look forward to my appointment as I know Lucy will cut and style hair in a manageable style and gives you her full attention whilst doing so.

I am so happy with my new cut and colour. Mia took the time to go through colour options and really listened to what I wanted. I usually find the hairdressers a bit stressful as they usually get a bit scissor happy! Lucy took off what I asked and my hair looks healthy. The price was not as much as I thought it would be and was worth every penny. Lovely salon and lovely people. Thank you Mia!

First time at hair OTT and really glad I discovered it! Lucy did a Brazilian blow dry, she was friendly and chatty. The chemicals were quite strong and was a bit stingy on the eyes but the results are worth it. All the staff there are lovely and welcoming. Thank you Lucy!

I had a fantastic experience with Scarlett this morning. She did exactly what I asked for and I’m looking forward to going back for my colour next week. Loved my candle too and my head and shoulder massage.

Mia gives really good service, great head and neck massage to start. Great cut and blow dry. Mia is easy to talk to about the cut, and good conversation during the whole appointment. Thanks Mia, I look forward to my next appointment in the new year.

As always pleased with my hair being styled by Otto.

My usual stylist was on holiday so I Patrick styled my hair. He listened to what I wanted done. Very gentle and reassuring. He also gave me so good tips about reducing the temperature of the hairdryer to finish drying.

I am always made to feel welcome and special. I know I can rely on Patrick to do a great job.

I have been going to Kelly for a number of years, she takes amazing care of me and my hair each visit. Kelly takes the time on my hair, she never rushes and has helped me maintain healthy hair especially when we bleach it every visit. Often Kelly works past her time on a Friday to make sure she has perfected the colour without complaint. I would highly recommend visiting Kelly.

I have only recently transitioned to a short style having had long or mid-length hair my whole life. Kelly is not only highly technically skilled but is an absolute genius in interpreting clients' requirements, offering styling tips and making the whole process stress free. She's utterly brilliant! I introduced my friend to her as a client and now we're both cheerleaders for Kelly.

5:15pm and I said I had an idea..to re cut into a French Bob. I thought it might have been a big ask that late in the day, but no, Emma completely got it and did a brilliant design as usual!
