I’ve never do this BUT….I really need to do this time!

It’s the second time I’ve had the privilege of having Chloe as my “Hair Stylist” at “Whiteley” for an appointment for Colouring and for a cut and style and I think she is totally an amazing Hair Stylist.

She knew exactly what I wanted when I told her what I versioned and she really did delivered!

I love my new hair style and I can’t praise her enough!
She is truly an Artist and it has swayed me to always book her for future appointments as I’ve always gone to Karen.

Chloe is so very gentle and calm and she made me feel so relaxed and calm when I was so tense and stress that day.

Her “Head & Shoulder Massage” is the best ever yet!
I didn’t want her to stop!

Chloe is an incredible artist and I come out of the “Hair Ott” feeling totally amazing and beautiful and I love my new hair style and my family have commented today saying how beautiful my hair looks.

All I want is her to be my future stylist from now on!

I really appreciated Mia's creativity. She helped me make a decision about my hair colour by suggesting different ideas and explaining how each would look and why in a way I could easily understand. It's clear she's passionate about hair dressing and isn't afraid to suggest things that are different. I have every confidence in her abilities. She radiates positivity and is very easy to chat to. A thoroughly enjoyable visit. I'm very pleased with my refreshed and different hair.

About 4 months ago I had an absolute nightmare with a colour I had put on it was blue green purple and every shade in between. I thought I had no hope of sorting my hair ready for my wedding in August however after an extensive chat with maxine I let her take full control just to try and salvage something. Well I could of cried at the end result it was absolutely stunning and I've never looked back since. I return to maxine every time. She makes my hair look absolutely stunning every time. THANK YOU

And the bonus was Lucy gave me not only a great cut and blow dry, just the way I asked from her, with excellent service, but she provided a lively and interesting conversation, so the time passed quickly, which for me is important as there is nothing more boring than facing yourself in a mirror with nothing of interest to focus on.
