As usual, go in with hair looking dull, lifeless and no style whatsoever! leave with shining hair perfectly cut and styled . BUT very very sad this salon is going to Whitely . staff at Waterlooville are just lovely and we always have a laugh .

Patrick has been cutting my hair for 22 years. He’s not only incredibly talented at cutting, colouring and styling. He’s also exceptional at knowing what would suit you and gently guiding you to something you want but will also compliment your face. He’s so welcoming and has a lovely warm nature. I couldn’t recommend him anymore. Genuinely the best hairdresser around!

Mel is great. Cuts a nice blunt, straight line and doesn’t pfaff.

I was looked after very well. Will definitely be returning (next week) for some colour. My hairdresser Belle was punctual, polite and knew exactly how to cut my hair. Just fantastic service . Would definitely recommend.

Nice young lady but she kept disappearing, took 10 mins to do my hair but i was there longer as she wasnt there all the time, not worth £46 paid and a lot of money for an OAP

Discussed options beforehand, explained what would happen and did everything as she said. Lovely haircut and colour at the end of it

Molly was absolutely fantastic. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and carefully talked me through why certain haircuts wouldn’t work for my hair or the look I was hoping for which I really appreciated. Instead of just saying no, she suggested styles that would suit my wavy hair and my need for a low-maintenance cut while still listening to what style I wanted. She also spent time explaining products that would work best for my natural waves and how to use them properly which was so helpful. I couldn’t recommend Molly enough!

As always excellent hair cut & style. Patrick always listens to what I would like him to achieve and he advises the best style that would suit. I always leave feeling really good.

Erin has been doing my hair for around a year or so and she does exactly what I want but better. She knows my hair better than I do. She listens to what I ask for, explains how it will look and then the results always blow me away. She is so good at what she does, I am always receiving compliments on my hair, not just after it’s just been done either. I usually have 3 levels of the blonde so it’s darker underneath and two different tones of blonde on top so it’s not a solid blonde, but a natural looking blonde. I have thick hair so she’ll also add some layers for body. The regrowth comes through and blends so well that I can sometimes leave it a little longer before going back.

Wanted a little change from my usual style and received good advice on how to achieve this without it being too drastic. As always , felt safe in taking Nicky’s suggestions.

This was my first time with Mia. She was lovely. Made me feel welcome and relaxed. Listened to my description of what I wanted. I'm very pleased with the result and have already made another booking with her. I showed an interest in being a hair model. Mia was very informative about how it worked and the training program which is run at the Waterlooville salon.

My usual stylist Katie was unable to apply my highlights so a young colleague was given the task. Unfortunately this didn't go well and i was quite upset with the result. Katie could see the issue and applied an extra toner but unfortunately this didn't make much difference.
I was surprised to pay the full amount for thie colour as i don't feel i had the usual experience of the stylist i was paying for.
I later called to question this (and cancel a corrective appointment as my scalp was too tender) and was told this doesn't make any difference to the price of a colour. I was really disappointed by this and furthermore as the director didn't call me to discuss as i was told he would.
I’m too nervous to make another appointment as i don't think i was treated well at all which is really disappointing as i am a loyal customer of HairOTT and previously rated them highly.

Erin did amazing with my hair turning it from a red/orange mess to a beautiful natural balayage. I am so impressed with my hair it made me tear up. Thankyou so much
