I was looking for a hairdressers that were open on a Sunday and found Hair OTT on Google. Phoned the day before and they said Patrick could fit me in the next morning. I had never been before and didn't even know where it was in Whiteley, and wad surprised it was tucked in behind the back of the other shops. On arrival was made to feel very welcome by Louise, who took my coat, showed me to a seat and asked if I wanted a drink. They made me a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, the full works. Patrick then introduced himself, asked about what I was looking for with my short hair. He was extremely good and suggested what to do with my hair and giving me tips to do it myself. He washed my hair then gave me a complimentary head, neck and shoulder massage before stying my hair. When he had finished my hair looked great and I wished we had done a before and after photo. I was going out that evening and friends did notice my hair cut and gave compliments. Thank you so much Patrick for saving the day and I've already booked my next appointment with you on the New Year. Thoroughly recommend this salon.

As always the care that Katie takes when styling my hair is wonderful. I have had my hair looked after by her for a very long time. I wouldn’t have anyone else style my hair.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hair OTT Whiteley with Kelly. I went in for highlights and a cut and she truly knew her stuff. During the consultation, she patiently listened to my concerns about my hair's health and recommended a plan that was perfect for me. The result was fantastic; the colour is exactly what I wanted, blending the ever increasing natural tinsel, and the cut is so easy to style at home. I left the salon feeling incredibly confident and would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for an expert cut and colour. Not the cheapest but I'm all for getting what you pay for and would never go anywhere else.

Another fabulous haircut from Liz B. This Lady just understands hair. Liz always takes her time to get a "real feel " for where my hair is at and what it's doing. My hair changes by the season and Liz understands this. Once upon a time I used to say that I'd rather go to the Denist than a Hairdresser 😆 Not anymore. Thanks Liz xxx

Liz always takes a lot of time doing my hair and am pleased with the result as usual.

As usual Mia was perfect. Hair is in great condition because of the work she's put in on previous visits, the colour has held really well and it's a testament to her blending skills that it still looks so good.

Kelly is always a joy, highly professional and extremely skilled and knowledgeable.

Once again Mia excelled. I asked her for some ideas as wanted a change and everything she suggested sounded good, so we went ahead. Not being one to be adventurous when it comes to my hair and being apprehensive to change I was slightly nervous but I had no need to be. My hair looked fantastic and I felt it made me look younger. Final compliment was when I got home and my husband commented on how nice it was. Well done Mia xx

The stylist was called Molly. I had it done at Waterlooville. Molly is amazing, my hair hadn’t been cut for a long time and she cut and styled it absolutely brilliantly, and blow dried it great too.

This was my first visit to Hair Ott and I found the whole experience to be very positive and enjoyable.
Working with her mentor Pat, Grace asked and most importantly listened to
How I wanted my hair to look, she also took me through the best type of products I could use at home to achieve the best results.
The Final Cut was amazing and I left the Salon extremely happy and will definitely be coming back.

I was absolutely over the moon with my haircut and design from Camilla. I'm always anxious visiting a new salon but she was so welcoming and listened to everything I had to say I totally relaxed and the end result was even better than I had hope for! I felt so comfortable with her that I'm going back for a colour now ☺️

I was looked after today by Erin and what an absolute delight, very helpful with what my hair, needed, advising and guiding me to new and different styles. First time I have walked out of a hair salon with my natural curly hair not straight. Additionally a shout out to Amelia who washed my hair and gave me a head and neck massage, very friendly.
