Karen is lovely! I had seen her previously after recovering from illness and she really cheered me up . She really understands the issues I have with my hair and gives me solutions, I am now torn between her and her sister Nicky though.

My first time at a salon in years, felt very comfortable. Karen talked me through every step so I was aware and understood what she was doing. So happy with the result!

Karen was superb! She was very professional and did an excellent job with my hair. Lovely massage, haircut, treatment etc. Would definitely reccomend!! Thankyou.

I always look forward to having my hair styled by Patrick. He always takes time to ask whether I've been happy with the previous haircut and talks about my options this time. The other staff who wash my hair and offer a head massage always do a great job. I'm often complimented on my haircut by friends.

I have been coming to an Hair Ott for over 10 years. Luci always is kind and listens to what you would like done with suggestions. She does an amazing job on my hair , which is and can be tricky to cut/ style. She has been cutting /styling my hair since she became a stylist. Everyone at the Whitely location is helpful and nice.

Last minute decision to get a wash & blow dry as the shower in our holiday accommodation was so poor - really glad I did! They fitted me in at short notice, and Nicola gave me a really thorough scrub head massage, blow dry and straighten. Nice friendly place to visit, hair looks and feels great and the price was reasonable, I’ll definitely come back next time I’m here and in need of a hair do!

Elise made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She gave good advice and managed to get my hair really straight. Although, it was only a cut. Made me like my hair again for the first time in a while. My hair is now lighter and easier to manage.

Its always a pleasure to have my hair done by Kelly, which has given her some challenges over the years!! I always come out feeling so much better than I went in, today I wanted a complete change, but didnt really know what I wanted, because Kelly knows my hair, I followed her advice and its amazing, I feel like a new woman, lovely chat and laughs too, thank you Kelly you are a star!
