Booked a cut and design with Mia as she always manages to give a result that is exactly what I was looking for. Today we discussed colour as well and she had some really helpful advice on what colour would work on my hair to give the shade I'd like.

I started coming here about six months ago when my regular salon closed. Erin saw me for my original assessment and has been looking after me ever since. I have to say that my hair has been transformed from its condition then. It’s thicker, glossier and FEELS better than it has for years! A simple bob that works with my fine hair and lots of advice on products and general hair care have worked wonders. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I’ve been on the look out for quite a while for a good hairdresser that would cut my hair in a short edgy cut (like I use to have), Looking on line I saw Whitely had a salon so read all the reviews. Popped in Saturday to make an appointment and was lucky to be offered and early Sunday one.
Had a really good chat with Pat and he knew exactly what I was looking for and I’m so happy, I love it. Sent a picture to my hubby & friends and they all agree it suits me & love it too. Thank you Pat

I pampered from start to finish. Erin knows my hair so well and achieved a gorgeous half head foils and an inverted bob cut, which she styled in beach curls. I was passed to another young lady to start the rough dry initially and prior to that my hair was washed and treated with great care and empathy by the young lady at the basins, after I advised her of my vertigo. She went above and beyond to offer assistance and make sure I was comfortable. To end my time in the salon I was given some great advice about the hard water in Waterlooville and how it would affect how I’d wash my hair. What a team!

After a discussion with Patrick I decided to try a new colour and a few strands of aubergine were put in my fringe. I loved it but I evidently needed more strands as my husband has still not noticed

I’ve been getting my hair cut at hair OTT for years but this is the first time I got home and was unhappy with the cut. It’s longer than I asked for, the layers that we spoke about have not been put in and the shaping around my face is barely there and uneven. Very disappointed to have paid so much for a cut I don’t like.

Tai did a fab job fixing a hair cut a family member kindly did for me, checked every step of the way that I was happy and checking if I wanted products etc and made good recommendations. Fab job, love that I dont have to worry about it now.

I am a nightmare for booking hair appointments and often leave it a year between cuts. Today was my annual visit and I had Belle give me a trim & tidy. She was really lovely, friendly & did a great job. Very pleased with the results 😊
