I have been coming into Hair Ott for over 10 years. Everyone is always wonderful. Luci has been doing my hair since Lakeside closed and I started going to Whitely. She does an amazing job. She listens to what you have to say. Because she has doe my hair for so long she knows exactly what needs to be done.

Jess was amazing! She completely understood my vision for my hair and aced it! I have thick course hair and left with lighter and sleek hair! I couldn’t recommend Jess enough!

I am happy with my cut & blow dry today.

Patrick is my guilty pleasure 🤎 when it comes to my hair . I wouldn't be without him . He has made my hair million times better ! Since I have been letting him do my hair

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. Karen talked through with me what I would like and how I would like my hair. Cut was perfect and styling just what I wanted. Perfect

I know when I come to the salon at Whitely I am going to get a good service all round. I would not let anyone else do my hair, Patrick is amazing he takes the time to talk and really listen to what I say and understands what I want and gives that little bit extra to the service he offering. I have never left the salon feeling disappointed with my hair. Hairott Whitely and Patrick is always the salon I recommend to family and friends.

Another great hair appointment.

Before coming to yourselves I had a bad experience with my hair and was anxious to get my hair done again. However Elise was patient with my hair as I have a lot of it and put the time and effort in to create the style and colour I wanted it. I always feel refreshed and happy every time. Everyone always compliments my hair after. I have a lot of hair and it's never easy yet she makes it seems so simple. I'm always pleased with my hair after and glad I have finally found a hairdressers I am happy with every time. Thank you 😊

Lucy did my first ever balayage and I love it!! I asked twice in advance what the price would be and twice I have been told the same price. As I’ve gone to pay, it’s £40 EXTRA! What have I been charged extra? Please can you contact me as I am not happy. Thank you.

Great experience as usual but first time I had Mel to do my hair. All my previous stylish have been very good but Mel made a couple of suggestions that actually have worked very well. I love how my hair looks like ;)

I've been coming to HairOTT since it first opened in Whiteley. Whilst not a fan of hairdressers, Kelly has been exceptionally good at listening to my thoughts and ideas and professionally helping guide me through my face shape, natural appearing tinsel and what suits me the best, adapting to the wishes I have on each visit. The back and shoulder massage is always a much look forward bonus that in my mind means there is no other salon close to HairOTT ability to look after each and every client. Thank you Kelly and the team. I chose 4 stars for value as I don't think it's the cheapest around but you get 5 star satisfaction and am very well looked after.
