Jess was so very professional in how she conducted hirself. As well as what she does. She was very knowledgeable about hair styling. We got on very well, I’m so pleased with the results. Thankyou once again.

Another enjoyable visit to the salon. Elise, was as always brilliant, my hair looks amazing. Elise has a complete understanding of my hair, getting the style and colour perfect.

Had a lovely hair cut from Mimi. She did a brilliant job, listened to what I asked for and was really friendly and upbeat throughout. I'm sad that waterlooville branch is closing, but will no doubt follow her to Whiteley

I had a cut & half head highlights with Belle. She takes the time to listen to what you want and gives helpful advice. My highlights look lovely and natural and the cut is just what I wanted. Belle is friendly, professional & knowledgeable. She makes the whole experience really relaxing. Highly recommend! 👍

I’ve been looking for a new hair salon for a while not knowing where to go or who to trust, I have fairly long hair and I have had some bad experiences with hairdressers in the past as well as members of my family.
The staff were very warm and welcoming. Belle introduced herself and asked me questions about what I was there for. I said I wanted to improve my appearance while maintaining most of the length but was open to suggestions.
We had a good discussion and worked well with what I was hoping for.
I am very pleased with how my hair looks and have already received a few compliments.
So yes I’m a happy customer.

As someone who has often shied away from hairdressers due to them not always getting it right. Belle has been fantastic! She totally understands what it is you’re looking for when showing her inspiration and nails it every single time! She makes the experience so wonderful. My hair has never looked or felt better! I actually look forward to my hair appts and seeing Belle again knowing I’m going to walk out feeling amazing and looking amazing.

Amazing service, I was running late due to traffic and instead of cancelling my appointment the salon swapped my stylist (I was grateful) and Belle totally understand my hair journey after cancer and chemo and worked her magic getting me closer to where I want to get to and gave me some really helpful tips with product and styling - I felt amazing after and can’t wait to go back for my already booked follow up appointment with Belle where we will be looking at some colours eeeek! Thank you so much xx

Katie was professional and listened to what I wanted. The long bob looks amazing, very pleased. I had heard of Hair Ott's excellent reputation many years ago, So pleased I booked the appointment. Will definitely return to book with Katie. The whole team were very welcoming and professional.

I was lucky enough to get a walk in appointment today and so glad I did. Mia was really friendly, discussed options for my cut with me and got to work. Loved the massage and so pleased with my new hair style and advice about colour. I'll book in soon.
