Patrick always gives a thorough consultation. He’s friendly and always has answers to my questions and knows how to deal with my hair. My hair always looks good when he has cut and coloured it. He’s brilliant. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. There’s always a very happy atmosphere in the salon.

Hi, visited Phoebe today, very skilled stylist. She is a skilled stylist who beautifully feathered and reduced weight in my hair manually whereas other stylists will fall back on the drawing scissors. Colour looks great and she took the time to get it right.

Casey was my tech assistant and as always she was ace, taking an interest in my chat and checking I was ok , brilliant customer service.

Another tech assistant (apols don’t know her name),helped me with my car ticket, really nice personable hair ott colleague who went above and beyond.

Patrick is always welcoming and very professional in his work. His staff are very friendly and very talented with their designs. The apprentices and other salon staff are polite, friendly and also work well in keeping the salon running smoothly.

Elise was so great. I had lots of questions and she answered them all, giving really helpful advice. Really pleased with my colour and Elsie kept the condition of my hair really good considering I’m going from dark brown back to blonde!

An error in judgement made me take a box colour to my hair lol and needless to say it didn't end well ? Jess was amazing. We had a full comprehensive consultation strand test, listened to my needs and delivered a perfect result. Her experience and knowledge is second to none. Totally trusted her. I am very very happy with my new hair it has made such a difference to my confidence. Thank you ?

I can’t rate OTT or Patrick high enough. Staff are lovely, environment is relaxed and Patrick is exceptional. I have moved salons several times over the years and always go back. Colour is always amazing and short hair with bleach is never easy.

Couldn’t recommend Nicky enough! I always leave feeling amazing, she knows exactly how I like my hair and and achieves it perfectly everytime. Herself and everyone are so lovely and welcoming. Wouldn’t trust anyone else!

As always Kelly has done a fabulous job on my hair colour followed by a glam blow dry and wave curls .

Ella listened to me and advised. She cut my hair really well, exactly as I had asked, in a U-shape rather than straight across, with long layers to give my fine straight hair some movement. I was fortunate to get a same day appointment 3 days before Christmas, as she'd had a cancellation.

Nick is just amazing!! She knows what colours to do, is a great stylist and always thinks of my personal comfort, (Drinks, mags etc) always a pleasurable and relaxing experience...thank you so much ?

Jess has been cutting and colouring my hair for a few years now. She is brilliant always listens to what I’d like and how my hair has been and gives brilliant tips and advice when I feel like a change! Today I went for a change more layers and a fringe. Love it as always.

You always feel a valued customer and Kelly always has a good chat about your hair and any problems, without rushing you, and before starting the appointment type, her advice is invaluable. An added bonus is a lovely chat throughout the appointment and some good smiles and laughs. And best of all you leave feeling great after an appointment with Kelly.
