It was the first time of having Lucy for my hair and she did a great job. You can definitely tell that she is an experienced hairdresser. The colour is perfect and she was quick to do the foils, considering my hair is so thick. She was attentive and did a great cut too. Thanks again

Wash treatment and blow dry, 9am Monday morning lovely start to the week, highly recommend Ella no rush she has vastly improved my hair over the past couple of weeks, had previously been to another hairdressers and spent a fortune with very blunt layers.

I’m soo comfortable when I go to this salon with an appointment with Mel. MyHabit is a mix of brown with considerable amounts of silver running through Mel has put foils as per my request and cut exactly as I like it. Thank you Mel.It’s taken a long time to discover this salon even though it only 10 minutes away

I am very pleased with my haircut. Mel understood what I was asking for and gave me what I asked for. This will be go to hairdresser whilst I am living in this area. I didn't need all the explanation of what was happening at every stage of the process but maybe some people need that!! I like to just rest for half an hour in the chair. Thanks Mel x

The reception staff are always so welcoming and always accommodating.

I felt welcomed from the first step to the salon. I was treated as a very special client. Ella has very professional manners. She cares for client’s satisfaction. I was very happy with the result and I’m sure I will be coming back. I have never been treated with such a care before in the hair salon.

Had hair cut, colour and treatment by Mel and it was perfect, my hair looks and feels great and felt very relaxed from head massage and nice atmosphere. Mel is very experienced and gives great advice and great results. I have had my hair done by mutliple stylists at hair ott whiteley inc Scarlett, Chloe, Kelly, Laura and Millie and have always left happy with my hair cut, colour and my experience there.

From the first consultation to the day I came in, Elise was fantastic. She knew exactly what I wanted even when I wasn’t sure. So friendly, super professional and an expert in her field. Can’t thank you enough Elise! I feel amazing so thank you again!
