Appointment on Sunday , so relaxed and looked after to the point of being spoilt, very relaxed and professional atmosphere.

Lovely salon. Polite friendly staff. Talented stylists. I had coffee and a biscuit whilst I waited, which was about two minutes. Lucy did
her magic with my hair and l left feeling pretty.

This salon never fails to impress! On entry, the friendly reception staff welcome you in to a spacious and clean salon where you are made to feel welcome and valued. Patrick is always quick to ‘touch base’ even if he is still busy with another client. As a stylist and person, he is, quite simply, the best in every way! He is always cheerful and friendly and interested in finding out about how you’ve been since your last visit. He is an accomplished stylist and an expert in cutting my short hairstyle. I have never been disappointed with the final result. He listens to what his clients tell him about their hair and how they want it and incorporates that into the work. During a visit, I feel I have been treated to a thoroughly relaxing pampering session, together with uplifting conversation with a friend! Thankyou Pat, long may it continue.
Also, thank you to Molly for being a charming person whilst washing my hair!

Always a pleasure to come to Hair Ott for my six-weekly cut. Guaranteed a warm welcome from the friendly and polite staff. Normally, Lucy cuts my hair and she makes an excellent job of it. Occasionally, Otto has come to the rescue when Lucy is unavailable. I do enjoy my conversations with Otto, he is very meticulous and won't let me go unless he and I are totally happy. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the great haircut, Ella was very professional and friendly and gave me the exact cut I wanted. I also had my hair blow dried in a curled style which I never do myself but which I loved (I shall have to practice at home!). Thanks for the gorgeous smelling candle too! I will definitely be coming back soon.
