As always Lucy and the other staff were very friendly, attentive and efficient. I was (as usual) really pleased with the end result and left the salon feeling good.

Great visit from start to finish. Met with a smile at reception, Jess was great, explaining cut options and products for my curly hair and cut was perfect. Apprentice washed hair & gave a great head & shoulder massage. Looking forward to next visit for a colour soon ?

Jess took a lot of care and spent a lot of time over my cut after thoroughly talking through what I wanted. I’m thrilled with the result.

Very friendly and helpful. My curly hair had not been cut for 6 months and had gone frizzy. Lottie washed and conditioned it with a treatment before Eloise cut it. Eloise gave me good advice on how to improve it's condition going forward. I look forward to my next appointment.

It’s taken years to find a stylist that really listens and takes into account the shape of my face and head. I wouldn’t swap Lucy for anyone. The salon is bright and up to date, all of the stylists are polite and friendly which makes the overall experience great.

Mia was totally AMAZING, she not only transformed my colour but gave me advise and a home care plan to improve the condition and look of my hair.
So grateful and impressed by her friendly, professional and caring attitude. Thank you so much!!!

I never worry about the outcome when Phoebe colours and cuts my hair

I felt so at ease when I walked in the salon yesterday I was made to feel comfortable straight away. My hair was very damaged prior to coming to this salon, phoebe spoke around what she felt was best to get it back to health and looking and feeling good again, just after one appointment my hair is feeling so much better. A lovely cut and treatment. Thank-you so much Phoebe. I’m looking forward to my next appointment where she is going to work miracles to sort my colour out :-) x

It was special because I was going on holiday and at short notice Elise fitted me in on a busy Saturday when other staff were also absent and my hair was washed and styled in her usual efficient manner. Well done!!

Every time I see Eloise, she always does a fantastic job on my hair. She knows the best way to style my hair and nothing is ever too much trouble. She really knows her customers well. I definitely recommend Eloise.

I’ve been coming to Hair Ott since it opened many years ago and I would never go anywhere else. A beautiful salon with lovely welcoming staff and a top class service.

After numerous unsuccessful hair appointments elsewhere in an attempt to save money, I've recently returned to Hair Ott and am so glad I did. Not only has it worked out better value, I feel with Penny I'm getting the absolute best advice and finished product. I feel my hair is in very safe hands with her, she's extremely experienced and it shows! She's also lovely in the true sense of the word and I wouldn't go anywhere else at the moment.

Everything a salon can offer - felt like nothing was too much trouble & extremely happy with final result.

As always a lovely experience, Pat is fab and always makes me laugh. Nice cup of tea delivered with a smile by a very nice young fella. Love this salon xxx
