Always a treat

I had some coppery / caramels added to my hair and a richer brown root. I love the result, it’s subtle and natural looking (not striped highlights etc) and adds the depth my hair was lacking. Highly recommend.

Eloise was kind and helpful as always during my appointment today. Eloise always gets my blonde to the shade I like and always takes good care of me.

First time I’ve had my hair dyed. Jess spent a lot of time talking through the process & colour options so that I was comfortable about it. Had blend of golden pink & copper colours blended into my hair and am very happy with the result!

I've been coming to Hair Ott Whiteley for quite some time now and I will never go anyways else! All the staff are so friendly and Lucy C is always happy to provide the best service - I always feel welcome and looked after. She is so happy and bubbly and my hair is always perfect when I leave. I would happily recommend the salon to all my friends!

Visited Hair Ott for the first time today. Was made to feel very welcome. Elise was lovely and did a very good job with my hair.

I went to see Emma to help me with a colour correct. I was feeling quite anxious but Emma listened to me, made suggestions and we agreed a plan! Emma was just incredible- kind, patient and friendly. And i walked away with my hair exactly as I'd hoped for, if not better!
I will most definitely be back. Thank you so much Emma (and to the lovely Otto)

At last a hair salon and a stylist I can trust to do a good job. Being elderly with fine flyaway hair I have nearly always been disappointed with my haircut at other salons. Phoebe takes special care and is an excellent cutter which my hair needs!! I always know that I can style it myself when I need to due to it being cut into a good shape. Thank you Phoebe

Karen came over to explain she would be only a few more minutes as she was just finishing off another clients foils. So happy to have found the lovely Lucy. She really listened to what I wanted. My hair was in a pretty bad way, but she’s helped me to achieve exactly what I wanted and offered tips on repairing/maintenance. Highly recommend. She’s also very personable and an absolute sweetheart.

I think my stylist was Millie she was very friendly and was very keen to do exactly what I wanted . I’m very pleased with the result .

We visited the salon with a lady who has additional needs and in a wheelchair. Elise was very kind and patient, being sensitive to all our needs. The lady was so pleased with her hair and has enjoyed receiving lots of lovely comments. Thank you Elise we will most definitely be back.

Walking out the salon feeling amazing is a wonderful feeling. That is how I feel today. Mia has worked her magic and both the colour and cut are just fabulous.

Cordelle always has time for a chat about how my hair has been since the last cut. Even though it looks like I only need a trim, she cuts it back into shape. And it looks great

Arrived at 12.35pm for 12.45pm appt. Cordelle unfortunately didn't get to me until 1pm.
Was very disappointed today as I didn't have time for the treatment I was going to have or head massage as my car park ticket expired at 16.30 left salon at 16.40 luckily didn't get a ticket (did think 4 hours would be enough for this hair appt. as the longest I've been there for full head is 3.30 - 3.45 hrs (though was told it is 4 hours!) Maybe customers should be made aware of timings for appointments. Was not my best experience after coming to your salon for over 2 years.

Nicky is friendly and welcoming, always checking how my hair has been since my previous cut, listening to what I would like and happy to offer her professional guidance.
