I had my hair coloured today, she was a very nice young lady asked me what I wanted I was looking to have my hair the same colour as I had it done six months ago. When my stylist applied the toner and we went back to the chair, dried it off a little bit. It was not the colour I was expecting, but nothing was too much for her as she suggested we do a few things to make the colour a lot less lighter after three attempts, my hair was a lot less white than it was. When I went back to the chair. The first time I think she is a lovely lady and a great asset to OTT. The only thing I would mention is when she is performing a blowdry and straightening, she needs to slow down and take a little bit more time as I feel it was rushed, but I love the salon and will definitely be going back again for another visit

Lovely helpful greeting and then shown straight to my chair a perfect cup of tea and a chat about what I thought of my last cut and colour and Katie had taken note of my previous visit and we discussed what l wanted to achieve this time.Katie makes my visit a pleasure and answers all my questions and advises me on treatments. Sophie washed my colour treatment out this time and she was very professional ,and gave me a heavenly head massage.Katie is a true artist my blow dry is always amazing and l leave the salon with hair looking so glamorous! Very good as usual thanks lucy but I my turtle neck jumper got wet when molly wash my hair and back also hair dye got on my new jumper I hope I can wash it off if not I will see then

Very welcoming salon. Laura spent time chatting to me about my hair and how I looked after it so that she would know how much time I put into drying/styling my hair. She explained how she thought the cut she would do would suit my hair. Gave me a different view of how to style my hair so I had different options.
