My first appointment with OTT and was very impressed. The appointment booking was handled in a friendly and welcoming manner. Lucy was just brilliant, very professional and friendly and gave me a fantastic cut and blow dry.

Unsure of the stylist name but long dark hair, you was amazing with Cerys with her only being 7 years old I could here her talking the whole time you was doing her hair, Cerys said you was really lovely an could she go there next time, well done ?

This is my second visit in 6 weeks. On both occasions it has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. All the staff are very welcoming, but dearest Lucy, is simply ‘A Cut Above the Rest’ of all the hairdressers I have ever been too! My family and friends have all commented on my wonderful new cut, colours and blow dries too!

I've coming to Hairott Waterlooville for a while now and I always look forward to my appointment. All staff are always friendly and always make me feel special whenever I come in. Nothing is too much and Eloise is great. Listens to what I want and I always leave happy. This is the only time I actually take time for myself and I enjoy every minute. Thank you guys xx

Cardelle was absolutely fantastic she definitely knows her stuff and walked me through the whole process and I love the colour but in hindsight I wish I had not gone so blonde as nice my hair is like cotton wool but I would highly recommend her
