I enjoyed my experience at Hair Ott. Everyone was polite and attentive. I had a lovely head massage and every step of my hair wash was explained to me. Elouise politely explained how she would cut and style my hair. Overall an excellent job.

As usual my best hairstylist. Staff lovely especially Bev. Could go to waterlooville but love Mel and the staff at whitely. However all hair ott salons are the best.

Was all around a lovely experience. Getting a frindge for the first time, and she answered any questions I had about keeping it maintained. Was very happy with the results. And was very welcoming for my first time.

As always Lucy and the other staff were very friendly, attentive and efficient. I was (as usual) really pleased with the end result and left the salon feeling good.

So happy Mel has worked hard to arrive at the style I presented her with on my first appointment . A big hats off too Beth as well nothing to much trouble .Altogether 5star appointment

Great visit from start to finish. Met with a smile at reception, Jess was great, explaining cut options and products for my curly hair and cut was perfect. Apprentice washed hair & gave a great head & shoulder massage. Looking forward to next visit for a colour soon ?

Jess took a lot of care and spent a lot of time over my cut after thoroughly talking through what I wanted. I’m thrilled with the result.

Very friendly and helpful. My curly hair had not been cut for 6 months and had gone frizzy. Lottie washed and conditioned it with a treatment before Eloise cut it. Eloise gave me good advice on how to improve it's condition going forward. I look forward to my next appointment.

Made to feel very comfortable very pleased with hair cut

It’s taken years to find a stylist that really listens and takes into account the shape of my face and head. I wouldn’t swap Lucy for anyone. The salon is bright and up to date, all of the stylists are polite and friendly which makes the overall experience great.

Mia was totally AMAZING, she not only transformed my colour but gave me advise and a home care plan to improve the condition and look of my hair.
So grateful and impressed by her friendly, professional and caring attitude. Thank you so much!!!
