This is the fourth time Lucy has looked after my hair - and me! Lucy is so professional and makes sure that through the each appointment, you are quite happy with the colour, cut, styling and maintenance. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Having not been to a salon for many many years I recently visited Hair Ott and had my hair cut by Eloise.
From the moment I arrived she made me feel relaxed and although I wasn’t really sure what I wanted her to do she was patient and I came out with my hair feeling fabulous and my faith in hair salons restored.

Professional, personal service as always. Patrick displays the right amount of care and interest in you as a person as well as a client and always listens to what you want from the appointment. He never disappoints.

Millie is very professional, friendly and always gives good advice. She is also a very good listener and takes an interest in the person she is dealing with .

Phoebe was very nice and professional by listening to what I wanted and suggesting things that would work for the hairstyle I chose. Very pleased.

I had decided I wanted a restyle and has initially thought to go with a bob. However when I got to the salon I told Emma I’d like to go short but keep the volume. Well, Emma did an amazing job! I absolutely love my new style. Fingers crossed I can manage to do as good a job styling it as Emma.

doesn’t matter what state my hair gets Cordelle has somehow always given me a cut that lady’s fit neatly 5weeks . it always looks good even when I dry and try to stule my hair

I was thoroughly impressed with Jess having spent nearly 3 months trying to grow some layers out that had been put in way too short and uneven by another salon. She did an excellent job of balancing out my hair and making it look so much better while I just grow the last of the layers out. Thank you for your clear explanation and an overall great experience.

Elise has only been cutting my hair for a few months, but I am so pleased with how she does it.She is always friendly and chatty and my hair always looks amazing!
