Love her service and attitude, didn't love this experience too much.. I felt my hair was pulled a lot (especially in hair wash, also the lady washing my hair had a wet bracelet that kept hitting me in the eye) and dye left on my face.. My stylist did help me with the dye though.
Left in a not very good mood and a headache :(

First time coming to the salon - and after serious hair anxiety, I had such a wonderful experience. Kelly was fantastic at listening to everything I wanted to share, offering gentle guidance and made me feel comfortable and safe within her space. I’m so pleased with the experience and knowledge shared by Kelly, the interactions I had with multiple staff members and the overall vibe of the salon. I’ve rebooked and will continue to do so. She cut and styled my hair perfectly, offered advice on how to achieve the same result at home and recommended products and how to use them. Been going to hair OTT for a year now ,my main hairdresser had left so put with a different stylist for highlights and my hair turned out Grey not blond ,after complaining as i was so upset they asked me to come back next day to be told they could not really do anything ,i asked for my£122 back ,no one really cared less no apologies as to say will not be returning
