Cannot fault the service I received today. Absolutely loved it, Maxine took all of my concerns and needs on board, really listened and made suggestions on how to style my hair. The end result was amazing, I walked out feeling so pleased, it has taken me a lot to go back to a salon after suffering some hair loss and losing my confidence. But I'm glad I chose Hair OTT as the professionalism and friendliness was amazing. I could sit and chat to Maxine all day. The Saturday assistant Evie was amazing too and did an amazing hair wash and head massage too. Thank you team Hair OTT. You're the best

Cordelle has cut my hair a few times so I asked for her to do my half head of foils. I loved the time she took even though she was busy and the end result was just what I wanted.

Casey made a brilliant job of my messed up cut . She came to the rescue !

Eloise was very friendly and polite on arriving. She explained everything thoroughly during the appointment and made sure to ask plenty of questions about what I wanted which I really appreciated. I'm very happy with the end result and she also gave me advice on how to maintain the style
