This salon overall helped so much. It’s my sons birthday Thursday, I work long hours and my hairdresser let me down very last minute. I was in desperate need of his hair cut and the girls were so lovely and fitted me in very last minute.
She was so patient with my son start to finish (he hates a hair cut and was putting up more of a fight than usual!) Jess took her time and he looks so handsome. I wish I’d known I couldn’t have tipped through my card payment, Thankyou so much!

She looked at my hair and decided 2 restyle my hair and l was very happy with what she had done.

Top hairdresser !!!!

I normally have my hair cut with Eloise but due to other commitments I had my hair cut by Mia. She was really lovely and welcoming. However I did feel the whole experience was very rushed. In total it took just over 15 minutes to wash, cut and style my hair. I do have short hair but this was very quick. I had a bit of a restyle too. It's slightly disappointing because I really like Hair OTT but have felt the last few appointments have been similarly rushed. I know a few other people who go here who have had similar experiences, including a friend who was having their hair cut with a stylist who had to keep going away to do another customer's colour.

After having various questionable hair experiences in the past I decided to switch salons.
After booking a consult with Elise we went through everything I wanted and she helped me choose the right colours and style and booked me in for an appointment. When I arrived we went through everything again and she made me feel less anxious and put no pressure on any thing. My hair turned out perfect I am genuinely so happy. The salon was so clean and everyone seemed happy and helpful, the price was more than fair I’ve definitely paid more for worse hair at other salons. I look forward to returning and will recommend to anyone. Also good tea, coffee, hot chocolate choices.

I love going to Hair Ott it is always such a treat to meet all the friendly staff.. During lockdown I "accidently" went grey. I wasn't ready for that! But Since then Mel has helped me love my hair again by enhancing the grey with highlights and lighter colours. I always leave the salon with a great cut and colour thanks to Mels amazing hairdressing skills

I re-visited the salon today as I wanted my hair to be lighter around my face. Maxine kindly cut & coloured my hair for the first time last week & she did a great job & I will be going to her again. She was very professional & explained everything she was doing. I only popped back today as I wanted the colour to be lighter around my face which she kindly did for me free of charge so I am a very happy customer & can recommend Hair OTT in Whiteley & Maxine.

Thank you Katie for delivering the usual impossible of “ can you cut my hair but don’t make it shorter” it took me a long time to find a stylist who can deliver the many different variations of the style I ask for. Especially from an ex-hairdresser who hates having her hair done.

1st time visit. Not very good with my own hair and always nervous with a new cut but the amazing service from welcome to leaving out me at ease. All staff were so welcoming and

I have been so happy with the service from Cordelle at OTT. Cordelle is attentive and takes time to understand the vision you have for your cut. Then she delivers it with so much attention to detail. I have a bob so it is great to find someone so careful and precise. I had my seconded cut with Cordelle today and I got complimented from another client on the way out! Booking in for a colour soon and have complete confidence in the service I will receive ?
