Very friendly and helpful. My curly hair had not been cut for 6 months and had gone frizzy. Lottie washed and conditioned it with a treatment before Eloise cut it. Eloise gave me good advice on how to improve it's condition going forward. I look forward to my next appointment.

It’s taken years to find a stylist that really listens and takes into account the shape of my face and head. I wouldn’t swap Lucy for anyone. The salon is bright and up to date, all of the stylists are polite and friendly which makes the overall experience great.

I felt so at ease when I walked in the salon yesterday I was made to feel comfortable straight away. My hair was very damaged prior to coming to this salon, phoebe spoke around what she felt was best to get it back to health and looking and feeling good again, just after one appointment my hair is feeling so much better. A lovely cut and treatment. Thank-you so much Phoebe. I’m looking forward to my next appointment where she is going to work miracles to sort my colour out :-) x

It was special because I was going on holiday and at short notice Elise fitted me in on a busy Saturday when other staff were also absent and my hair was washed and styled in her usual efficient manner. Well done!!

After numerous unsuccessful hair appointments elsewhere in an attempt to save money, I've recently returned to Hair Ott and am so glad I did. Not only has it worked out better value, I feel with Penny I'm getting the absolute best advice and finished product. I feel my hair is in very safe hands with her, she's extremely experienced and it shows! She's also lovely in the true sense of the word and I wouldn't go anywhere else at the moment.
