Been going to hair OTT for a year now ,my main hairdresser had left so put with a different stylist for highlights and my hair turned out Grey not blond ,after complaining as i was so upset they asked me to come back next day to be told they could not really do anything ,i asked for my£122 back ,no one really cared less no apologies as to say will not be returning

I had my hair coloured today, she was a very nice young lady asked me what I wanted I was looking to have my hair the same colour as I had it done six months ago. When my stylist applied the toner and we went back to the chair, dried it off a little bit. It was not the colour I was expecting, but nothing was too much for her as she suggested we do a few things to make the colour a lot less lighter after three attempts, my hair was a lot less white than it was. When I went back to the chair. The first time I think she is a lovely lady and a great asset to OTT. The only thing I would mention is when she is performing a blowdry and straightening, she needs to slow down and take a little bit more time as I feel it was rushed, but I love the salon and will definitely be going back again for another visit

Lovely helpful greeting and then shown straight to my chair a perfect cup of tea and a chat about what I thought of my last cut and colour and Katie had taken note of my previous visit and we discussed what l wanted to achieve this time.Katie makes my visit a pleasure and answers all my questions and advises me on treatments.
