Eloise was very friendly and polite on arriving. She explained everything thoroughly during the appointment and made sure to ask plenty of questions about what I wanted which I really appreciated. I'm very happy with the end result and she also gave me advice on how to maintain the style

Excellent appointment as always with lovely Liz. Time was taken to discuss colour refresh, with some highlights added to brighten as recommended by Liz and then modified the style cut and design. Very happy with result 🙂
Love her service and attitude, didn't love this experience too much.. I felt my hair was pulled a lot (especially in hair wash, also the lady washing my hair had a wet bracelet that kept hitting me in the eye) and dye left on my face.. My stylist did help me with the dye though.
Left in a not very good mood and a headache :(
