Lovely helpful greeting and then shown straight to my chair a perfect cup of tea and a chat about what I thought of my last cut and colour and Katie had taken note of my previous visit and we discussed what l wanted to achieve this time.Katie makes my visit a pleasure and answers all my questions and advises me on treatments. Sophie washed my colour treatment out this time and she was very professional ,and gave me a heavenly head massage.Katie is a true artist my blow dry is always amazing and l leave the salon with hair looking so glamorous! Thankyou so much.

I have always enjoyed my visits, the staff are friendly and I have never had a bad experience. My hair is always amazing and Lucy listens and understands what I'm asking for and delivers. I have lots of positive comments about my hair which makes me very happy.

Elise is a lovely stylist who is easy to talk to and understands completely how I would like my hair cut. She spends a lot of time making sure I am happy with my hair and gives me good advice on how to look after it at home.

What a lovely young lady, takes the time to discuss the cut you would like, explains what she’s doing. She gives a good cut! Nicely styled.

Very welcoming salon. Laura spent time chatting to me about my hair and how I looked after it so that she would know how much time I put into drying/styling my hair. She explained how she thought the cut she would do would suit my hair. Gave me a different view of how to style my hair so I had different options.

My regular appointment with Kelly. Very skilled cut, wonderful head and neck massage and our usual catch up chat. Lovely Reception welcome and service too. Plus an immediate offer of a drink.
