Best salon I have been to. Every person working there is very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is calming and the coffee is good! You even get offered a massage! I get such a great result every time

I live an hour away from Hair OTT Whitley now….. but have never found a salon and stylist that I like as much as Kelly and the Hair OTT team. From stepping in the door, nothing is too much trouble. A drink, magazine and made to feel comfortable with a chat about my day…. And that is before my appointment starts! Kelly is always attentive and knows my hair well. By the time Kelly has worked her magic I leave the salon feeling fantastic! I’m sure I spend the rest of the day swishing my hair around because it feels so great! I love everything about my Hait OTT experience ! Thanks to all of the team. X

Been getting my hair done by Karen for a while now. She is amazing with the scissors and is a lovely person to chat to.

Kelly has been cutting my hair fora number of years and I could go somewhere closer to home, but my hair can be difficult and has to be controlled as it gets thick fast and has it own way to temptation you with an unruly curl. Kelly has mastered my hair and I have a great cut or treatment everytime.

Mel was very knowledgeable and has a lot for experience. She made me feel welcome and gave me honest advice about my hair based on my level of self care and maintenance level! She advised on a different cut than I was planning on but I love it and I will definitely be back. Thanks Mel!
