happy to discuss any problems I might have with my hair.

This was my first time with Mia. She was lovely. Made me feel welcome and relaxed. Listened to my description of what I wanted. I'm very pleased with the result and have already made another booking with her. I showed an interest in being a hair model. Mia was very informative about how it worked and the training program which is run at the Waterlooville salon.

My usual stylist Katie was unable to apply my highlights so a young colleague was given the task. Unfortunately this didn't go well and i was quite upset with the result. Katie could see the issue and applied an extra toner but unfortunately this didn't make much difference.
I was surprised to pay the full amount for thie colour as i don't feel i had the usual experience of the stylist i was paying for.
I later called to question this (and cancel a corrective appointment as my scalp was too tender) and was told this doesn't make any difference to the price of a colour. I was really disappointed by this and furthermore as the director didn't call me to discuss as i was told he would.
I’m too nervous to make another appointment as i don't think i was treated well at all which is really disappointing as i am a loyal customer of HairOTT and previously rated them highly.

Erin did amazing with my hair turning it from a red/orange mess to a beautiful natural balayage. I am so impressed with my hair it made me tear up. Thankyou so much

What a lovely morning I had at the salon today. Mimi was the perfect hairdresser. She listened to what I said and delivered exactly what I wanted.

Brilliant, always listen to me and I am always pleased with the results. Shampoo was brilliant lovely young lady, I find sometimes when having washed it can be a bit rough, but this time the young lady who washed my hair was gentle and very polite.

As always excellent customer service, friendly. Erin herself was lovely and the style she cut was just as I had wanted.

Mia did a lovely cut as usual. I always enjoy my visit to the salon, chatting with Mia having a coffee and being spoilt. I am devastated to hear the actual salon will no longer be there after 1st April just the Academy.

Very nice and friendly staff. Bella is an excellent and professional hairdresser. She did my haircut perfectly, exactly what I wanted. She was so gentle — usually hairdressers pull my hair, but I didn’t feel any discomfort at all.
Great experience, I will definitely be coming back.

I have great anxiety when it comes to haircuts and only let one person do them normally.. decided to step out my comfort zone and I was extremely happy with how it turned out, absolutely gorgeous finish. Clear communication and great listening skills were shown, ensuring that they knew what i desired to be done and patient with me being quite new to it all and expert knowledge/ skill was shown in my visit, would definitely reccomend especially how they were so friendly with someone thats very new to it all thanks so much 🫶🏻
