Lucy thoroughly discussed the considerations/issues I had with my hair previously, she made suggestions on how best to match my idea of what I wanted with what could be achieved also taking into account my lifestyle. She cut and styled my hair perfectly, offered advice on how to achieve the same result at home and recommended products and how to use them. Been going to hair OTT for a year now ,my main hairdresser had left so put with a different stylist for highlights and my hair turned out Grey not blond ,after complaining as i was so upset they asked me to come back next day to be told they could not really do anything ,i asked for myĀ£122 back ,no one really cared less no apologies as to say will not be returning

I had my hair coloured today, she was a very nice young lady asked me what I wanted I was looking to have my hair the same colour as I had it done six months ago. When my stylist applied the toner and we went back to the chair, dried it off a little bit. It was not the colour I was expecting, but nothing was too much for her as she suggested we do a few things to make the colour a lot less lighter after three attempts, my hair was a lot less white than it was. When I went back to the chair. The first time I think she is a lovely lady and a great asset to OTT. The only thing I would mention is when she is performing a blowdry and straightening, she needs to slow down and take a little bit more time as I feel it was rushed, but I love the salon and will definitely be going back again for another visit
