Lucy, as always, discussed what I wanted and she made the perfect recommendations regarding my colour refresh. Whilst making the whole experience really enjoyable - and relaxing.

Mia was so good at knowing what I wanted & was able to advise on the best colour & style. My hair is starting to get brittle & she assisted me on products to help as well as offering me additional conditioning treatments available which I took up. I’m so happy with the cut, colour & styling & I never felt that time was an issue even though I added on a treatment. This is my third appointment with Mia & I have booked my next appointment with her because she is so good. I would definitely recommend ❤️

This was a third visit to the salon today to see Scarlett.
The team are very welcoming and I always leave with a great haircut and style.
I am fairly new to the area and am glad that I noticed the salon while shopping.
Scarlett is professional, knowledgeable and always listens and gives good advice.
I have already made my next two appointments.

As always the lovely Mia was very welcoming, explanatory, offered drinks, made me feel very welcome and comfortable

I went in to discuss my colour options and Katie was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted, talked through my options and then bent over backwards to get me an appointment.

Stylist was very friendly but dismissed the picture I showed her of what I wanted - a short layered bob. I left it to her since I had always been very pleased with earlier cuts with Jess. It, sort of, looked OK when she finished and I’m really not one to question it but now, having washed and dried it myself I wonder if I have had a haircut at all. The back edge is very short but there are no layers and I still have so much hair I wanted cut off into layers. I am so disappointed I could cry and it cost me such a lot of money. I did ring the salon and they gave me another appointment but I can’t afford that and there was no offer to put it right.

With short hair, the cut is vital and Mel is just perfect for the job. Everubody's hair is different but she seems to instinctively know how to get the best from your individual needs. The salon staff always give you a warm welcome and I look forward to my visits

I always feel happy and surrounded by friends when I go to the salon. Everyone is welcoming and can’t do enough to help and make you feel comfortable. Patrick is, as ever, a fabulous stylist who never fails to give my short hair the cut it deserves! It’s always a pleasure to chat with him - I feel like we’re old friends! I can’t praise him and his staff enough!

Mia did an excellent cut, was very helpful with advice for future cuts, did exactly what I wanted.

I always like seeing Lucy and she made a great job of my colouring, as always.

I’m afraid I have nothing good to report about the rest of it: hair washing and head massage. The girl was talking to the rest of the room while she washed my hair, no attempt to speak to me, and when it came to the massage - which I think I knew by then would be awful - she did a cursory rub on the back of my neck with a tiny amount of cream then got hold of my head and shoved it forward and did a few very powerful circles, with no product, so that it dragged my hair and made me feel almost as if under attack!!
Lots more attention please is needed to training in a) politeness b) hair washing technique, which should be gentle even if firm, and c) very important, head massage. As a trained Indian head masseuse I know what I’m talking about. Sorry to leave this negative review, but the standard of ‘care’ was very bad.

Hair Ott has been looking after my hair for 37 years. I am always happy with different stylists. This time I had the pleasure of Otto giving me a free fringe trim and was treated like royalty.

As always, Lucy worked her magic. She is also fully understanding of the weakened state of my hair due to a recent, very serious illness. It is very reassuring for me.

Great service, warm welcome as soon as you enter the salon. Advice is always offered.
