I’ve been going to Hair Ott in Whiteley for years even though I have now moved out of the area. Patrick is superb and it’s always a lovely experience with a great haircut. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve also had two other stylists when Patrick wasn’t available and been pleased vit it’s great to have a regular ‘friend’ doing your hair. I always come out happier all round!

Phoebe as usual gave me a very good haircut and it keeps me coming back. However there are a couple of comments I would like to make regarding this salon. Today I was almost rushed out of the door after my haircut and someone had the door open before I had time to even do my coat up! Even though the stylist was busy with the previous client it seems that the customer is not allowed to sit on the comfortable seating at front of salon but have to sit at the styling area. This has happened several times and is not a one off!! Also I think the customer should be asked if they want a reminder that their appointment is due. To get a phone call and also a text reminder is an irritation rather than a help. I have an appointment card given me when I book the appointment and I also have a calendar so I would prefer to not have both a phone call and text reminder as well. These are minor issues which mar slightly an otherwise excellent salon.

From my first initial consultation, to finally having my over due hair done, I couldn’t have picked a better salon or stylist. Karen was amazing from the start going through every procedure with me. The colour result was absolutely stunning and my hair feels amazing and so do I. Always kept me replenished with Drinks and magazines. A lovely salon and lovely staff.

I came to be a model for the trainee Mia and Otto assisted her. I was so pleased with the result! Well Done 👏!
I’ve moved an hour away from Hair OTT in Whitley. I tried other hairdressers in my new area but was never happy with the outcome. So…. back to Kelly and after my first visit my hair was back to sitting properly, it was shiny and my daughter was delighted that, once again, my sleek ‘Bob’ had a straight fringe and not a wiggle! ( I have got a cow’s lick so it is not a straight forward mission!). I’m so glad I’ve returned and the drive is absolutely worth it!
PS… Kelly should be a councillor is she ever decides to give up hairdressing!!!
