A lot of time was taken to discuss what new style would be best and she managed my expectations well. The cut was very careful and attention to detail was given. Thank you very much

I’ve been coming to Hair Ott since it opened in Whiteley about 10 years ago and I’ve always loved my hair and the service they provide. A super friendly atmosphere with such professional service is hard to find.
Today I had a new style and I’m totally blown away. I love it. I gave Patrick free rein to do what he felt would suit me and he excelled … I cannot tell you how happy I am. I feel fantastic thanks to my new hair. Thankyou so much 😊

I have been going to OTT Waterlooville for a long time. I am always greeted by a friendly member of reception team. I was offered a drink (cappuccino) with a biscuit, that along with a head and shoulder massage sets the tone for a relaxing enjoyable experience. Katie is a great stylist, she understands my hair and it's foibles. I am always pleased with the result. I wouldn't want to have my hair done anywhere else.

Not sure who my stylist was a nice girl, but I was disappointed with my hair. I was amazed she didn’t know what styling tongues were. She said she had never used them. She found some tucked away in a store cupboard. I tried to explain how to use them, but I’m not a hairdresser And I don’t think I quite got my point across. I know I’m a senior lady and possibly my style is one that’s not done on a regular basis however Perhaps a good learning curb would be to fit the appropriate stylist with the type of hair. The client has I was also surprised my hair was only washed once and conditioner was applied, but I was never asked if I wanted it. I’ve been to a lot of Hairdressers in my time And little things like that I noticed
