First class service as always. Welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. Mel is always honest with any idea you might have which is just what you want and a first class stylist. I won't be going anywhere else, that's for sure!

Mia did an excellent cut, was very helpful with advice for future cuts, did exactly what I wanted.

I always like seeing Lucy and she made a great job of my colouring, as always.

I’m afraid I have nothing good to report about the rest of it: hair washing and head massage. The girl was talking to the rest of the room while she washed my hair, no attempt to speak to me, and when it came to the massage - which I think I knew by then would be awful - she did a cursory rub on the back of my neck with a tiny amount of cream then got hold of my head and shoved it forward and did a few very powerful circles, with no product, so that it dragged my hair and made me feel almost as if under attack!!
Lots more attention please is needed to training in a) politeness b) hair washing technique, which should be gentle even if firm, and c) very important, head massage. As a trained Indian head masseuse I know what I’m talking about. Sorry to leave this negative review, but the standard of ‘care’ was very bad.

Hair Ott has been looking after my hair for 37 years. I am always happy with different stylists. This time I had the pleasure of Otto giving me a free fringe trim and was treated like royalty.

As always, Lucy worked her magic. She is also fully understanding of the weakened state of my hair due to a recent, very serious illness. It is very reassuring for me.

Great service, warm welcome as soon as you enter the salon. Advice is always offered.

Absolutely first class service. Kate talked to me through want she needed to do, to rectify a terrible previous haircut. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

As usual Penny has done an absolute fantastic job of my hair, I go in looking a bit of a mess 🤣 and come out feeling fantastic, Penny always takes her time to make me feel special and is always happy to do what I ask, she will advise and I al listen because she is the expert, thank you Penny.

I am ridiculously pleased with Nicky’s interpretation of my needs. I know it can be difficult to know what a customer wants vs reality but Nicky aced it! She talked my through and showed me how to style my new cut as well which was fab, thank you very much x

Absolutely LOVE my colour and cut! Karen checked in at every stage and really took her time. The colour (brunette to blonde) really lifted well for a first go and I love it!
