Phoebe is meticulous when cutting hair. She gives it her undivided attention. A perfectionist which suits me every time!! Phoebe never makes you feel rushed and really listens to what you want and always gives good professional advice about what’s achievable with your hair type. I always trust Phoebe doing anything to my hair.

A wonderful experience as always at Hair OTT. A pleasant and warm welcome on arrival. I visit often with a lady who uses a wheelchair and has additional needs. Staff have been patient and kind ensuring the lady is comfortable and happy. Hair looks wonderful and we all leave smiling. Many thanks.

Welcoming and cheerful - Hair OTT is a real treat. I’m always happy with my hair afterwards, and feel like I’ve been well looked after. Love the complimentary drink and head and shoulder massage, too. My stylist somehow remembers what’s going on and asks about X,Y and Z the next time I see her 😊. Brilliant 🤩

Always Love my experience at the salon with Eloise its always good to catch up and have a good chin wag and she never disappoints always knows exactly what i want. after being very poorly it was a pleasure of getting pampered by her for a few hrs it was just what i needed for my recuperation.

I had a fall last week, and damaged my leg. Hair Ott and Eloise made sure I could raise my leg when I needed to. Eloise and all the girls in the salon made sure was alright from start to finish. I had a Brazilian straightening last week, and as it should be, Eloise only had to blow dry my hair, so straight, and no straightening needed. Thank you.

Thrilled with my new look hair. Mia Louise was excellent in understanding exactly the change that I wanted and she achieved it. Great cut too. Delighted!!

Lucy, as always, discussed what I wanted and she made the perfect recommendations regarding my colour refresh. Whilst making the whole experience really enjoyable - and relaxing.

Mia was so good at knowing what I wanted & was able to advise on the best colour & style. My hair is starting to get brittle & she assisted me on products to help as well as offering me additional conditioning treatments available which I took up. I’m so happy with the cut, colour & styling & I never felt that time was an issue even though I added on a treatment. This is my third appointment with Mia & I have booked my next appointment with her because she is so good. I would definitely recommend ❤️

Stylist was very friendly but dismissed the picture I showed her of what I wanted - a short layered bob. I left it to her since I had always been very pleased with earlier cuts with Jess. It, sort of, looked OK when she finished and I’m really not one to question it but now, having washed and dried it myself I wonder if I have had a haircut at all. The back edge is very short but there are no layers and I still have so much hair I wanted cut off into layers. I am so disappointed I could cry and it cost me such a lot of money. I did ring the salon and they gave me another appointment but I can’t afford that and there was no offer to put it right.

With short hair, the cut is vital and Mel is just perfect for the job. Everubody's hair is different but she seems to instinctively know how to get the best from your individual needs. The salon staff always give you a warm welcome and I look forward to my visits
