Very pleased with my hair cut and blow dry today. Penny is a great stylist and understands my fine hair. The salon is always a friendly and relaxing experience

I have been going to Hair Ott Waterlooville for a good few years now and always see Katie. Great to chat with but always professional and cuts my hair just right. It's generally always a good atmosphere at the salon so would recommend to others :)

Kelly is always amazing at doing my hair. Today she got me sorted in extra quick time because I had double booked, thus taking a lot of stress away.

Great service, I always have my hair cut done with Phoebe. She knows exactly how to cut my style and I am never disappointed. All the girls are lovely and look after you well.

Fab haircut, discussed fully before starting. Very pleased. Only issue that tips for the staff can only be in cash. Not able to add gratuity to bill. Very awkward if, like me, you go cashless. So stopped back into salon with cash shortly after, only to be told (Very nicely though) that no one could change a £10 note. Sad that my lady has gone without her appreciation.

Casey took the time to ask what I wanted, how I currently style it, products I use and if there were any issues I had. She constantly checked that I was happy with the way she was cutting/styling it and did everything I asked for. A really positive experience and I am very happy with the result.

It qas a great experience overall. Will be back definitely. I will probably be brave enough to have a shorter style.

A hairdressing salon can be daunting for some however when you arrive, you feel very welcome and at ease. Everything is explained by Maxine before she starts. Lovely experience
