Been using Hair Ott for a number of years and the whole experience has always been professional and friendly. Katie has been my stylist in the last few years. She has always listened to what I was requesting and made a fantastic job of my hair each time.

Karen and everyone in the salon worked so well with my Mum who has Parkinson’s and memory problem. So caring and a great haircut ready for her granddaughters wedding. Looking forward to my own salon experience later in the week.

Mia is lovely, she knows what she is doing, is professional yet friendly and explains everything well.

I went into the salon on the off chance of getting my hair washed & styled. I had an appointment an hour later with Molly who after chatting about my hair condition & how I would like it styled, washed, conditioned, dried & curled it for me. She also did a very relaxing neck & shoulder masssge. Thank you so much.

Nicky was very professional and took her time to explain exactly what her plan was after listening to what I wanted. I love the colour and cut she did. This is the second time I have been to the salon and have been so pleased with the service and result I have received. It has a welcoming feel and I have been really taken care of and felt in safe hands! Highly recommend

Mia discussed what I would like and gave me a lovely head and shoulder massage followed with a cut exactly how imagined.

I had a lovely relaxing experience having my hair cut today. From the hair wash/treatment/massage to an amazing hair cut by Pheobe. Enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back.

This was a last minute appointment as my own stylist was not available and I have to say Penny was absolutely fabulous. She listened to my concerns regarding my hair and sent me home with a great cut and colour. I have no hesitation in recommending her and indeed she is my preferred stylist going forward.

Had a,lovely time at the salon today, getting pampered with a nice coffee and catching up with Tilly.
