Haven’t had my hair styled for years and didn’t know what to expect. Felt at ease straight away and talked about being nervous and unsure what I wanted. Liz put all my concerns away, making suggestions that worked for me and listened to my concerns. From taking the initial call to walking out, I felt looked after and will definitely go back.

First time I met Cordelle and I am one happy individual to have met her! She was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted done with my hair cut.
She talked me through every step while doing my hair.
It's often difficult to find a good hairdressers and I am the lucky one to have found a GREAT hairdressers.

Hair looked ok when I left the salon although a bit shorter than I would’ve liked. After the first wash it’s probably the worst haircut I’ve had. Not sure what’s happened but it’s blunt and doesn’t seem blended. It’s going to be a pain to style enough to look nice and doesn’t go into a ponytail like I asked. Not very personable stylist and the worse shampoo I’ve had. Didn’t even feel the conditioner go on. Need to go and have it blended now.

My daughter had an appointment with Lucy, she has Autism and hadn't been to a hair dresser in 3 years. Lucy took her through what she was going to do step by step in a really easy to understand way. She had such a great experience in Lucy's chair and has felt so confident since asking to go back already. Thank you for doing a wonderful job and making the experience so accessible for her. Without a doubt the best salon experience I have had to date! Lucy sat with me to talk through my hair, getting to know what it needed as well as what I wanted out of the appointment and suggesting small changes that would suit my needs better. She walked me through every single step of the process which was super comforting for my first time with her! I am so so so happy with my hair and truly cannot rate this salon and Lucy enough
