My hair is expertly cut by Liz. She is friendly and cheerful but she is always very thorough. I also enjoy having a head massage by the nice girls who wash my hair.

Very pleased with my hair, but although I had a card with my appointment day and time, I didn't appear on the computer system. However, Shannon was brilliant and insisted she would fit me in. I was so pleased as I was off to Japan in a few days time.
