Maxine does magic! She knew exactly what I wanted when I didn't have a clue yet!😂 Consultation has left me excited about the actual appointment, and both cut and colouring where done to the highest standard; service was amazing all throughout. I couldn't say a bad word about my visit even if I really wanted to. Can recommend it to everyone! And Maxine definitely gained a returning customer😊

Karen is so lovely. I’m so glad she is my hairdresser. She always has a smile on her face and takes such good care of me and my hair. She listens to what I want, and I always leave happy.

Have been going since Hair OTT opened in Whiteley. I won't go anywhere else. Kelly and her team are amazing at knowing what suits me best, even when I don't know myself. My hair requirements have matured with more tinsel and therefore the colours used have been tweaked each visit to make my head of hair look so natural and hide my greys. Thanks ladies.

I popped in for a quick fringe trim on my lunch break and Mel did such a fantastic job, even though she hadn’t done the original cut she totally got the look I wanted and I felt so confident with the finished result!

It is always a pleasure to come to the salon which is warm and welcoming by all staff. Mia, who washed my hair and gave a lovely head massage, was friendly and very competent. We chatted easily!
Patrick is the best stylist - he knows exactly what I want and does it perfectly! I couldn’t wish for better. Apart from his skills and expertise he’s a fabulous person and always makes me feel special and happy!

Im so happy, as ever, with the excellent service and results from Erin .. having now moved to the Whiteley Hair Ott I made the decision to travel the 14 miles and made sure I got my bookings in up to January, as I knew she’d be booked up quickly. Reputation is everything right!!

Mimi was incredible with my daughter Sienna! She left feeling pampered and confident which is a big deal for her as she lacks a lot of confidence in herself. Mimi was chatty and friendly and Sienna loved her, so much so we have booked again for another pre-holiday pamper. Thank you x

Nicky and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. Nicky is super patient and makes sure you're happy with your cut. She'll always ask how you've been and discuss how much she's going to cut off. She can't do enough for you.

Very friendly great haircut

This was my first time in the salon and all the girls I spoke with were so friendly and welcoming. I was only there for a 15 min hair consultation but they offered me a drink on arrival. I was a little early so whilst waiting a mum came in to have her little girls fringe cut, all the girls made a real fuss of her and made her feel really special. Erin was lovely, listened to what I wanted, showed me pics of what she’s done previously and suggested what she thought would suit me which I’ve never had before. I’m usually so nervous trying new hairdressers but I’m super excited for my first appointment with Erin!
