I love ott hair in waterlooville, all the staff are so lovely, always happy to see you, a very welcoming chatty happy salon, my hair stylist Eloise has styled my hair for a few years now, when i first when to ott i was very unhappy with the colour and style of my hair and really thought there was no hope, how so wrong was i, Eloise is amazing stylist and was very understanding with my issue, Eloise is so professional full of experience and full of brilliant ideas, a fantastic stylist, i now lovvvvve my hair and I will not go anywhere

Fab haircut, discussed fully before starting. Very pleased. Only issue that tips for the staff can only be in cash. Not able to add gratuity to bill. Very awkward if, like me, you go cashless. So stopped back into salon with cash shortly after, only to be told (Very nicely though) that no one could change a Ā£10 note. Sad that my lady has gone without her appreciation.

Casey took the time to ask what I wanted, how I currently style it, products I use and if there were any issues I had. She constantly checked that I was happy with the way she was cutting/styling it and did everything I asked for. A really positive experience and I am very happy with the result.
