Very pleased with my hair, but although I had a card with my appointment day and time, I didn't appear on the computer system. However, Shannon was brilliant and insisted she would fit me in. I was so pleased as I was off to Japan in a few days time.

First time Nicky has coloured and cut my hair as Jess is on mat leave and Nicky was great. Really listened and found out about my hair and made really good suggestions.
