My daughter had an appointment with Lucy, she has Autism and hadn't been to a hair dresser in 3 years. Lucy took her through what she was going to do step by step in a really easy to understand way. She had such a great experience in Lucy's chair and has felt so confident since asking to go back already. Thank you for doing a wonderful job and making the experience so accessible for her. We have recommended Lucy to our daughters sen school :)

Without a doubt the best salon experience I have had to date! Lucy sat with me to talk through my hair, getting to know what it needed as well as what I wanted out of the appointment and suggesting small changes that would suit my needs better. She walked me through every single step of the process which was super comforting for my first time with her! I am so so so happy with my hair and truly cannot rate this salon and Lucy enough

First time having a full haircut with Laura and she didn't disappoint. She's very knowledgeable and totally put me at ease and made me feel confident having several inches cut off my hair. Really happy with the result!!

Visiting your toilets before leaving was not pleasant. The back of the door was filthy. The toilet bowl and basin in dire need of some bleach. In fact the whole toilet room needed a good clean.

I have just had to go to another hairdresser and they were shocked at my hair- the bleach was left in too long, my hair has fallen out in several places. I tried to speak to them at the time as I was treated horrendously by one of their staff, she scraped my head, poured freezing water into my ear, pulling my hair out taking the foils out and because I dared to ask not to have her near me again when I asked for advice as to what to do with the areas that had come out leaving an inch of hair I was told I was rude. I tried to complain to the branch and then to their head office I was told that I had to leave if they would call the police and I’m not welcome back after going for three years. I have since heard several horror stories from their other clients who were dismissed by them if they had issues. The reception lady actually shouted me out the shop and my partner when he went back in after seeing me unable to speak due to the state I was in. The worst experience of my life in a situation like this.

My 2nd trip to see Penny at OTT, decided to go a bit shorter (I have short hair anyway). Apart from loving the cut the surprise was that Penny rinsed my hair before blow drying it.
I can’t count how many times I have had to wash my hair after a cut and blow dry to get rid of the loose hair before going out, making a blow dry a bit of a waste of money.
A nice touch as sometimes a quick blast with the hair dryer doesn’t cut it. (Excuse the pun)

Just wanted to say both how lovely and excellent my stylist Mia was today both in her service and the amazing results I got. My hair took a little longer due to a coloured hair mask I’d used but Mia didn’t let me leave until she got the best results possible. Tilly was lovely however my hair was not was having it washed and curled as was my birthday and was going out for food explained this and was agreed would do curls tighter so doesnt drop well within an hour and a half i had no curls in my hair at all and have had to sit and straighten the wavy ends before i could enjoy my birthday afternoon out!!

Katie listened to exactly what I wanted and I'm soooo pleased with the results. Lovely young lady.
My only criticism is,that I had a colour done which wasn't rinsed off properly.
I've only been to hair rott 3 times and on each occasion I haven't had a proper hair wash.The young lady's ( who I believe are technicians) just tickle my hair rather than washing and it is rushed .I had the colour done last Wednesday and it's come out on my pillow and my clothes .I've never had it happen before and I've been having a colour in my hair for years.Slightly disappointed
