I was welcomed by friendly staff. The salon had a lovely Saturday morning buzz. A perfect way to start the weekend. Elise listened to my ‘hair story’ and we discussed options. She has cut my hair beautifully, just the way we discussed. Loved the blow dry too. Thank you.

Just dropped in on offchance of getting an appt. The receptionists were very accommodating, polite & pleasant. I was extremely satisfied with the way my hair was shampooed, cut and styled by Camilla, and could see she was paying a lot of attention, not only with the cutting but to my stated requirements. I had the most wonderful time at Hair Ott Whiteley. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Mel did an incredible job – she really took the time during the consultation to understand what I wanted, and the cut and colour turned out perfectly.

The attention to detail was second to none. The head and neck massage was such a relaxing touch – I felt truly spoilt! The whole team was so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel special.

I've been coming to HairOTT since it first opened in Whiteley. Whilst not a fan of hairdressers, Kelly has been exceptionally good at listening to my thoughts and ideas and professionally helping guide me through my face shape, natural appearing tinsel and what suits me the best, adapting to the wishes I have on each visit. The back and shoulder massage is always a much look forward bonus that in my mind means there is no other salon close to HairOTT ability to look after each and every client. Thank you Kelly and the team. I chose 4 stars for value as I don't think it's the cheapest around but you get 5 star satisfaction and am very well looked after.
