As usual Katie was wonderful, she always knows what I like and need every month. She is a superb cutter and stylist, in fact I have moved a while ago to Worthing, which is about an hours drive from Waterlooville and I would rather do the travelling than change my hairdresser.

Been getting my hair done by Karen for a while now. She is amazing with the scissors and is a lovely person to chat to.

Kelly has been cutting my hair fora number of years and I could go somewhere closer to home, but my hair can be difficult and has to be controlled as it gets thick fast and has it own way to temptation you with an unruly curl. Kelly has mastered my hair and I have a great cut or treatment everytime.

Wonderful service as always

Mel was very knowledgeable and has a lot for experience. She made me feel welcome and gave me honest advice about my hair based on my level of self care and maintenance level! She advised on a different cut than I was planning on but I love it and I will definitely be back. Thanks Mel!

A very good cut and blow dry. Liz takes a lot of care with the cut. Although a bit more expensive I think it's worth the money.

I have moved with this Hairdressers every time they have relocated, like Dentists once you find a good one, it would be foolish not to keep them. The team are excellent, friendly, very welcoming and extremely good hairdressers.

I came in for a skin test and the whole team were so lovely and welcoming. Apprentice Mae H did my test and was very knowledgable and lovely. Thank you!

Grace was absolutely amazing with my daughter who had 10 inches off her hair for the princess trust. She was so friendly and did a great job.

I had my hair colour dyed and highlighted. I normally charged £164 with Katie doing my hair. But this time I done exactly same as before and I had been charged £179 it was already with 5% discount. I found out from the receptionist that I had been charged by the stylist by applying toner to my hair. This charge I had not been informed before I had my hair done.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was made to feel completely welcome. The reception team were warm, friendly, and professional, which set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. My stylist was amazing – right at the very beginning she offered me tea, and the consultation was done perfectly. She really understood exactly what I wanted and made me feel confident about the big change from very long to very short hair.

After the cut, she washed my hair again to help it lay better after losing the length, which was such a thoughtful touch. A massage was offered too, but I declined (I just don’t enjoy them – that’s just me!). Everyone seemed genuinely happy working there, which created a lovely, cheerful atmosphere throughout the salon.

The attention to detail was exceptional, and I felt genuinely cared for at every stage. The salon was spotless and beautifully presented. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and absolutely loving my hair. Now, all I need is to visit again and be a model to go platinum blonde all over – I can’t wait!

My regular salon closed, so as I had tried a Portsmouth branch of Hair OTT many years ago and liked it, I thought I’d try this one. So pleased I did! My hair has always been difficult - very fine. Instead of my usual permanent colour, Erin used a toner to soften my existing colour, and cut it in a style that is easy to care for and style - and suits me. The toner is much kinder to my rather fragile locks than the permanent option too - so a win all round!thankyou Erin!

Right from making the appointment on the phone Hair OTT could not have been kinder, more helpful or make my daughter feel any more comfortable.
