I have been coming into Hair Ott for over 10 years. Everyone is always wonderful. Luci has been doing my hair since Lakeside closed and I started going to Whitely. She does an amazing job. She listens to what you have to say. Because she has doe my hair for so long she knows exactly what needs to be done.

Very good hair cut but I question the price of a child’s hair cut. With Mia we use to pay £10, today I was charged £20. How do you justify that for a hairstylist that is still training?

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with the hair cut your son received.
Previously it was at Mia's discretion to charge £10 as the haircut was based on time. As the hair cut is now more intricate, the standard child cut price is £20. I have spoken to Mia and she recalls a suggestion of cutting your sons and husbands hair together to utilise time (enabling us to honor the lower price for your son.)
If this is something you wish to conside,r we would be more than happy to accommodate this.
Grace is also fully qualified in level 2 hairdressing.

I know when I come to the salon at Whitely I am going to get a good service all round. I would not let anyone else do my hair, Patrick is amazing he takes the time to talk and really listen to what I say and understands what I want and gives that little bit extra to the service he offering. Before coming to yourselves I had a bad experience with my hair and was anxious to get my hair done again. However Elise was patient with my hair as I have a lot of it and put the time and effort in to create the style and colour I wanted it. I always feel refreshed and happy every time. Everyone always compliments my hair after. I have a lot of hair and it's never easy yet she makes it seems so simple. I'm always pleased with my hair after and glad I have finally found a hairdressers I am happy with every time. Thank you 😊

My first visit to OTT but will not be the last. Camilla chatted with me before hand and then transformed my lifeless long hair to a more manageable shorter style that I absolutely love. Phoned up to see what my chances were of getting a very last minute appointment for a wash and blowdry. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating, I had an appointment booked within 15 minutes. Great service, very professional and was even offered a complimentary head massage. Will Definalty be booking again.
