Karen took a lot of time to select the right blend of colours which I am so pleased with and my hair looks great and feels beautiful to touch. I was so well looked after with a wonderful head, neck and shoulders massage and a great pot of tea. I felt like a princess!

Very welcome from Mel when we had a little chat about my hair cut styling. Very professional and experience in her work and very efficient and kind in her attitude.

I am very pleased with my haircut. Mel understood what I was asking for and gave me what I asked for. This will be go to hairdresser whilst I am living in this area. I didn't need all the explanation of what was happening at every stage of the process but maybe some people need that!! I like to just rest for half an hour in the chair. Thanks Mel x

Had hair cut, colour and treatment by Mel and it was perfect, my hair looks and feels great and felt very relaxed from head massage and nice atmosphere. Patrick always gives a thorough consultation. He’s friendly and always has answers to my questions and knows how to deal with my hair. My hair always looks good when he has cut and coloured it. He’s brilliant. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. There’s always a very happy atmosphere in the salon.

Patrick is always welcoming and very professional in his work. His staff are very friendly and very talented with their designs. The apprentices and other salon staff are polite, friendly and also work well in keeping the salon running smoothly.

Elise was so great. I had lots of questions and she answered them all, giving really helpful advice. Really pleased with my colour and Elsie kept the condition of my hair really good considering I’m going from dark brown back to blonde!

An error in judgement made me take a box colour to my hair lol and needless to say it didn't end well ? Jess was amazing. We had a full comprehensive consultation strand test, listened to my needs and delivered a perfect result. Her experience and knowledge is second to none. Totally trusted her. I can’t rate OTT or Patrick high enough. Staff are lovely, environment is relaxed and Patrick is exceptional. I have moved salons several times over the years and always go back. Colour is always amazing and short hair with bleach is never easy.

You always feel a valued customer and Kelly always has a good chat about your hair and any problems, without rushing you, and before starting the appointment type, her advice is invaluable. An added bonus is a lovely chat throughout the appointment and some good smiles and laughs. And best of all you leave feeling great after an appointment with Kelly.
