As always Lucy was amazing! She did exactly what I wanted! But also as always we had lovely conversations along with nice cup of coffee. Absolutely loved it! Thank you Lucy!

I have never been to Hair Ott before, we were recommended by a friend and we really loved the place. Everyone was kind, we were offered drinks, magazines, head massages and hairspray/heat protectors. They gave amazing advice and shared their experience of how to look after our hair and I can honestly say that we will be coming back as it this is one of the best hairdressers I have been to!

Fantastic cut as always from Elise. Very relaxing head massage which was very welcomed.

Pat coloured and cut and styled my hair and as always a brilliant cut an colour. Can’t fault Pat he’s amazing. Plus he’s got a brilliant sense of humour and I always have a great time while I’m there

Also, Louise the Receptionist is lovely. She’s friendly and easy to talk to.

All the staff there are great you can’t fault them.

Everything was very good from start to finish, but I was especially happy with Lucy who was incredibly friendly and chatty and made me feel at ease whilst listening to exactly what I wanted.

It was our first visit to the salon and it was overall an excellent experience. Very nicely cut and styled hair, great advice on products and everyone was very friendly. Will definitely return.

Tai did my hair today. She was really lovely . She answered my questions and I asked for advice on how to style my hair which she happily answered and demonstrated for me. She did the hair cut that I asked for and she gave me ideas of what she think would be best for my hair. This is the best hairdressers that I have attended.

I have been going to OTT for many years. All the staff are lovely. Helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Camilla did my hair yesterday and did an amazing job. She is new but you would think she has been working for a long time. Definitely will go back to Camilla. But all the staff there are well trained and I am happy to have any of them work on my hair. But today. Well done Camilla.

Good haircut in a lovely salon

Casey was excellent in her attention to detail, for example she made sure my hair at the at the base of my head was washed and rinsed thoroughly which can often be missed when your head is back over the sink. She also spent a long time making sure all of my hair - which is quite thick - was treated correctly during the Brazilian Blowdry process Overall a lovely experience.

This girl is amazing always gives me the best results.

Katie always does an amazing cut ,colour & Highlights. Had Colour & Highlights done by Grace today who also did an amazing job . Have my Hair done at this Salon every six weeks and always look forward to having my hair done at this Salon.

I run out of superlatives for this young lady. She KNOWS my hair, and always puts herself out to sort suitable appointment times. Twice she has been on holiday but accommodated me anyway as they were extra special occasions. All the staff are friendly and well trained and Kelly is a huge part of that. Highly recommend this salon. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Thank you Hair Ott Whiteley xx

After being a regular client for many years I will not be returning. Left for over half an hour for my cut because the previous client was late. Specifically asked for lots of volume (which I manage to achieve myself at home!) but hair flat as a pancake When I asked for more volume my hair was just backcombed!
