I know when I come to the salon at Whitely I am going to get a good service all round. I would not let anyone else do my hair, Patrick is amazing he takes the time to talk and really listen to what I say and understands what I want and gives that little bit extra to the service he offering. I have never left the salon feeling disappointed with my hair. Hairott Whitely and Patrick is always the salon I recommend to family and friends.

Before coming to yourselves I had a bad experience with my hair and was anxious to get my hair done again. However Elise was patient with my hair as I have a lot of it and put the time and effort in to create the style and colour I wanted it. I always feel refreshed and happy every time. Everyone always compliments my hair after. I have a lot of hair and it's never easy yet she makes it seems so simple. I'm always pleased with my hair after and glad I have finally found a hairdressers I am happy with every time. Thank you 😊

My first visit to OTT but will not be the last. Camilla chatted with me before hand and then transformed my lifeless long hair to a more manageable shorter style that I absolutely love. Phoned up to see what my chances were of getting a very last minute appointment for a wash and blowdry. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating, I had an appointment booked within 15 minutes. Great service, very professional and was even offered a complimentary head massage. Will Definalty be booking again.

I had never dyed my hair before but was considering adding colour. I spoke to Cordelle about this and she was so knowledgeable and reassuring. It was a big change for me to take this plunge but I’m so glad I did it. Cordelle and I spent lots of time discussing my desired look and the right colour for me and the end result is so natural and I love it!
