Lucy is always so kind and engaging. She asks questions to ensure I’m happy with the design and is just an all round lovely girl! Salon is always clean, and the staff are lovely. 10/10!

Kelly is the only hairdresser I have found who understands my curly / wavy hair. OTT Whitely is the first hair cut and colour experience I actually enjoy and feels like a break (with plentiful tea!)

After discussing the colour and look I wanted to achieve, Elise made it happen. FANTASTIC.

Professional, personal service as always. Patrick displays the right amount of care and interest in you as a person as well as a client and always listens to what you want from the appointment. He never disappoints.

Millie is very professional, friendly and always gives good advice. She is also a very good listener and takes an interest in the person she is dealing with .

Another lovely haircut by Jess. She also gave me tips on drying and straightening my hair to achieve a better finish. Perfect experience as usual

Karen C was amazing! She took time to understand my wishes and discuss the best way to cut and maintain my hair. I've never felt that level of understanding or care in a salon before. The whole team were lovely, friendly and polite. I'm beyond happy with my hair and the visit as a whole!

I always have a great experience at Hair OTT. Pat is great and I always leave feeling thoroughly pampered with a lovely cut and colour plus a head massage that is so relaxing. All the staff there are all friendly. Can’t fault them at all.

Elise is polite, friendly and very amicable. For a young stylist Elise has all the right attributes. I am always happy with my cut and style.

I was thoroughly impressed with Jess having spent nearly 3 months trying to grow some layers out that had been put in way too short and uneven by another salon. She did an excellent job of balancing out my hair and making it look so much better while I just grow the last of the layers out. Thank you for your clear explanation and an overall great experience.

Elise has only been cutting my hair for a few months, but I am so pleased with how she does it.She is always friendly and chatty and my hair always looks amazing!

My first appointment with OTT and was very impressed. The appointment booking was handled in a friendly and welcoming manner. Lucy was just brilliant, very professional and friendly and gave me a fantastic cut and blow dry.

Unsure of the stylist name but long dark hair, you was amazing with Cerys with her only being 7 years old I could here her talking the whole time you was doing her hair, Cerys said you was really lovely an could she go there next time, well done ?

This is my second visit in 6 weeks. On both occasions it has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. All the staff are very welcoming, but dearest Lucy, is simply ‘A Cut Above the Rest’ of all the hairdressers I have ever been too! My family and friends have all commented on my wonderful new cut, colours and blow dries too!

I’ve been coming here since it opened and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. As always, Patrick gave me a fantastic cut and we had our usual chat and a giggle. I always leave feeling much happier than when I walked in.

First time I’ve had my hair dyed. Jess spent a lot of time talking through the process & colour options so that I was comfortable about it. Had blend of golden pink & copper colours blended into my hair and am very happy with the result!
