I’m absolutely thrilled with my new haircut by stylist MIMI . Total professionalism . From starting with my hair consultation that was a game changer for me because my hair type is dry and out of control with messy layers and I felt listened to and the feedback and evaluation that followed gave me the results I’d been looking for . The conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry was a wonderful experience and I’m coming back for my colour very soon . Thank you it’s given me a real confidence boost and my hair is renewed . Helen

I live an hour away from Hair OTT Whitley now….. but have never found a salon and stylist that I like as much as Kelly and the Hair OTT team. From stepping in the door, nothing is too much trouble. A drink, magazine and made to feel comfortable with a chat about my day…. And that is before my appointment starts! Kelly is always attentive and knows my hair well. By the time Kelly has worked her magic I leave the salon feeling fantastic! I’m sure I spend the rest of the day swishing my hair around because it feels so great! I love everything about my Hait OTT experience ! Thanks to all of the team. X

Honestly appointment felt a bit rushed and I am not really happy with the overall look. I asked for the hair to be layered and shaped and it looks square. I am not someone who feels massively comfortable at Salons so just wanted to leave rather than try and get it corrected further.
We are very sorry to learn you feel this way. We would love the opportunity to make it right. Please do give our salon Manager Michelle a call. (Tuesday to Friday) We only ever want our clients to be thrilled with their visit, nothing less. 💕

So pleased with my hair! I've always wanted to have my haircut by Liz and thought I'd finally treat myself and I'm so glad I did, this has to be up there with the best haircuts I've ever had. Liz really listened to me in my consultation and took her time to understand the style I was looking for, she cut and styled my hair with such precision, there was no rushing and the end result was fabulous, I felt so good when I left the salon. Liz really offers a 5 star experience!

This girl is a MAGICIAN! I went in with red grown out, fade colour and came out beautiful blending, multi-tonal brunette. Erin made it clear from the start that due to the starting point we wouldn’t get to the inspo pic in one sitting and planned our little journey. Just the most loveliest girl ever!!!!!!

So happy with hair. Caramel foils and roots done and curled at end too. Tail is great and explains everything she’s doing along the way. Love the caramel shades adding tone to my hair and it feels so soft.
