I had my hair colour dyed and highlighted. I normally charged £164 with Katie doing my hair. But this time I done exactly same as before and I had been charged £179 it was already with 5% discount. I found out from the receptionist that I had been charged by the stylist by applying toner to my hair. This charge I had not been informed before I had my hair done.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was made to feel completely welcome. The reception team were warm, friendly, and professional, which set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. My stylist was amazing – right at the very beginning she offered me tea, and the consultation was done perfectly. She really understood exactly what I wanted and made me feel confident about the big change from very long to very short hair.

After the cut, she washed my hair again to help it lay better after losing the length, which was such a thoughtful touch. A massage was offered too, but I declined (I just don’t enjoy them – that’s just me!). Everyone seemed genuinely happy working there, which created a lovely, cheerful atmosphere throughout the salon.

The attention to detail was exceptional, and I felt genuinely cared for at every stage. The salon was spotless and beautifully presented. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and absolutely loving my hair. Now, all I need is to visit again and be a model to go platinum blonde all over – I can’t wait!

My regular salon closed, so as I had tried a Portsmouth branch of Hair OTT many years ago and liked it, I thought I’d try this one. So pleased I did! My hair has always been difficult - very fine. Instead of my usual permanent colour, Erin used a toner to soften my existing colour, and cut it in a style that is easy to care for and style - and suits me. The toner is much kinder to my rather fragile locks than the permanent option too - so a win all round!thankyou Erin!

I have been coming into Hair Ott for over 10 years. Everyone is always wonderful. Luci has been doing my hair since Lakeside closed and I started going to Whitely. She does an amazing job. She listens to what you have to say. Because she has doe my hair for so long she knows exactly what needs to be done.

Very good hair cut but I question the price of a child’s hair cut. With Mia we use to pay £10, today I was charged £20. How do you justify that for a hairstylist that is still training?
