It was my first experience of coming to salon. Tao greeted me warmly and professional, communicating well with what will happen and what I wanted from my hair. After getting it wet and seeing its natural curls we changed our minds. I’m so happy with how my hair has been left and it’s had a huge boost on my self esteem. Just dropped in on offchance of getting an appt. The receptionists were very accommodating, polite & pleasant. I was extremely satisfied with the way my hair was shampooed, cut and styled by Camilla, and could see she was paying a lot of attention, not only with the cutting but to my stated requirements. Would definitely return.

I have never been to Hair Ott before, we were recommended by a friend and we really loved the place. Everyone was kind, we were offered drinks, magazines, head massages and hairspray/heat protectors. They gave amazing advice and shared their experience of how to look after our hair and I can honestly say that we will be coming back as it this is one of the best hairdressers I have been to!

Tai did my hair today. She was really lovely . She answered my questions and I asked for advice on how to style my hair which she happily answered and demonstrated for me. She did the hair cut that I asked for and she gave me ideas of what she think would be best for my hair. This is the best hairdressers that I have attended.

I have been going to OTT for many years. All the staff are lovely. Helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Camilla did my hair yesterday and did an amazing job. She is new but you would think she has been working for a long time. Definitely will go back to Camilla. But all the staff there are well trained and I am happy to have any of them work on my hair. But today. Well done Camilla.

Casey was excellent in her attention to detail, for example she made sure my hair at the at the base of my head was washed and rinsed thoroughly which can often be missed when your head is back over the sink. She also spent a long time making sure all of my hair - which is quite thick - was treated correctly during the Brazilian Blowdry process Overall a lovely experience.
