Honestly appointment felt a bit rushed and I am not really happy with the overall look. I asked for the hair to be layered and shaped and it looks square. I am not someone who feels massively comfortable at Salons so just wanted to leave rather than try and get it corrected further.

So pleased with my hair! I've always wanted to have my haircut by Liz and thought I'd finally treat myself and I'm so glad I did, this has to be up there with the best haircuts I've ever had. Liz really listened to me in my consultation and took her time to understand the style I was looking for, she cut and styled my hair with such precision, there was no rushing and the end result was fabulous, I felt so good when I left the salon. Liz really offers a 5 star experience!

This girl is a MAGICIAN! I went in with red grown out, fade colour and came out beautiful blending, multi-tonal brunette. Erin made it clear from the start that due to the starting point we wouldn’t get to the inspo pic in one sitting and planned our little journey. Just the most loveliest girl ever!!!!!!

So happy with hair. Caramel foils and roots done and curled at end too. Tail is great and explains everything she’s doing along the way. Love the caramel shades adding tone to my hair and it feels so soft.

I had my hair colour dyed and highlighted. I normally charged £164 with Katie doing my hair. But this time I done exactly same as before and I had been charged £179 it was already with 5% discount. I found out from the receptionist that I had been charged by the stylist by applying toner to my hair. This charge I had not been informed before I had my hair done.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was made to feel completely welcome. The reception team were warm, friendly, and professional, which set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. My stylist was amazing – right at the very beginning she offered me tea, and the consultation was done perfectly. She really understood exactly what I wanted and made me feel confident about the big change from very long to very short hair.
After the cut, she washed my hair again to help it lay better after losing the length, which was such a thoughtful touch. A massage was offered too, but I declined (I just don’t enjoy them – that’s just me!). Everyone seemed genuinely happy working there, which created a lovely, cheerful atmosphere throughout the salon.
The attention to detail was exceptional, and I felt genuinely cared for at every stage. The salon was spotless and beautifully presented. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and absolutely loving my hair. Now, all I need is to visit again and be a model to go platinum blonde all over – I can’t wait!
