Stylist listened to what I asked for, was very skilled and efficient and as a result my hair ended up looking exactly how I wanted. I've been looked after by several of the stylists here over the years and never had a bad experience but Mia is my preferred one.

It was my first experience of coming to salon. Tao greeted me warmly and professional, communicating well with what will happen and what I wanted from my hair. After getting it wet and seeing its natural curls we changed our minds. I’m so happy with how my hair has been left and it’s had a huge boost on my self esteem. Just dropped in on offchance of getting an appt. The receptionists were very accommodating, polite & pleasant. I was extremely satisfied with the way my hair was shampooed, cut and styled by Camilla, and could see she was paying a lot of attention, not only with the cutting but to my stated requirements. I have never been to Hair Ott before, we were recommended by a friend and we really loved the place. Everyone was kind, we were offered drinks, magazines, head massages and hairspray/heat protectors. They gave amazing advice and shared their experience of how to look after our hair and I can honestly say that we will be coming back as it this is one of the best hairdressers I have been to!

Tai did my hair today. She was really lovely . She answered my questions and I asked for advice on how to style my hair which she happily answered and demonstrated for me. She did the hair cut that I asked for and she gave me ideas of what she think would be best for my hair. This is the best hairdressers that I have attended.

I have been going to OTT for many years. All the staff are lovely. Helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Camilla did my hair yesterday and did an amazing job. She is new but you would think she has been working for a long time. Definitely will go back to Camilla. But all the staff there are well trained and I am happy to have any of them work on my hair. But today. Well done Camilla.
