Haven’t had my hair styled for years and didn’t know what to expect. Felt at ease straight away and talked about being nervous and unsure what I wanted. Liz put all my concerns away, making suggestions that worked for me and listened to my concerns. From taking the initial call to walking out, I felt looked after and will definitely go back.
As always delighted with my hair trim and styling. Cordelle's attention to detail is excellent.
Felt welcomed from the start. Stylist listened to what I needed, and I left with a great hair cut - exactly what I wanted. Provided great coffee and treats, and enjoyed conversation with stylist too. thank you Liz x

First time I met Cordelle and I am one happy individual to have met her! She was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted done with my hair cut.

Hair looked ok when I left the salon although a bit shorter than I would’ve liked. After the first wash it’s probably the worst haircut I’ve had. Not sure what’s happened but it’s blunt and doesn’t seem blended. It’s going to be a pain to style enough to look nice and doesn’t go into a ponytail like I asked. Not very personable stylist and the worse shampoo I’ve had. Didn’t even feel the conditioner go on. Need to go and have it blended now.

Very pleasant young lady. My hair was OK.
Visiting your toilets before leaving was not pleasant. The back of the door was filthy. The toilet bowl and basin in dire need of some bleach. In fact the whole toilet room needed a good clean.

My 2nd trip to see Penny at OTT, decided to go a bit shorter (I have short hair anyway). Apart from loving the cut the surprise was that Penny rinsed my hair before blow drying it.
I can’t count how many times I have had to wash my hair after a cut and blow dry to get rid of the loose hair before going out, making a blow dry a bit of a waste of money.
A nice touch as sometimes a quick blast with the hair dryer doesn’t cut it. (Excuse the pun)

Just wanted to say both how lovely and excellent my stylist Mia was today both in her service and the amazing results I got. My hair took a little longer due to a coloured hair mask I’d used but Mia didn’t let me leave until she got the best results possible.
