I was lucky enough to get a walk in appointment today and so glad I did. Mia was really friendly, discussed options for my cut with me and got to work. Loved the massage and so pleased with my new hair style and advice about colour. I'll book in soon.
Grace listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. I love my hair now.

Nice young lady but she kept disappearing, took 10 mins to do my hair but i was there longer as she wasnt there all the time, not worth £46 paid and a lot of money for an OAP

Erin has been doing my hair for around a year or so and she does exactly what I want but better. She knows my hair better than I do. She listens to what I ask for, explains how it will look and then the results always blow me away. She is so good at what she does, I am always receiving compliments on my hair, not just after it’s just been done either. I usually have 3 levels of the blonde so it’s darker underneath and two different tones of blonde on top so it’s not a solid blonde, but a natural looking blonde. I have thick hair so she’ll also add some layers for body. The regrowth comes through and blends so well that I can sometimes leave it a little longer before going back.

This was my first time with Mia. She was lovely. Made me feel welcome and relaxed. Listened to my description of what I wanted. I'm very pleased with the result and have already made another booking with her. I showed an interest in being a hair model. Mia was very informative about how it worked and the training program which is run at the Waterlooville salon.

My usual stylist Katie was unable to apply my highlights so a young colleague was given the task. Unfortunately this didn't go well and i was quite upset with the result. Katie could see the issue and applied an extra toner but unfortunately this didn't make much difference.
I was surprised to pay the full amount for thie colour as i don't feel i had the usual experience of the stylist i was paying for.
I later called to question this (and cancel a corrective appointment as my scalp was too tender) and was told this doesn't make any difference to the price of a colour. I was really disappointed by this and furthermore as the director didn't call me to discuss as i was told he would.
I’m too nervous to make another appointment as i don't think i was treated well at all which is really disappointing as i am a loyal customer of HairOTT and previously rated them highly.

I have great anxiety when it comes to haircuts and only let one person do them normally.. decided to step out my comfort zone and I was extremely happy with how it turned out, absolutely gorgeous finish. Clear communication and great listening skills were shown, ensuring that they knew what i desired to be done and patient with me being quite new to it all and expert knowledge/ skill was shown in my visit, would definitely reccomend especially how they were so friendly with someone thats very new to it all thanks so much 🫶🏻
