I came back for a hair cut with Cordelle as was impressed with my 1st cut last year. Again I'm loving my fresh cut and the finish on my hair.

I cannot praise Katie or this salon enough. The care & effort put into the salon experience as a customer is fantastic.
Katie is constantly checking everything with attention to detail on the customers hair. Katie is such a genuine person & professional stylist giving very good hair aftercare salon advice too.This including what salon products will suit your hair for the best optimised condition in between visits. The service and aftercare service if required from her and hair Ott overall in my experience has honestly been faultless. Very Satisfied!

Lovely young lady, really happy with the hair cut, did exactly what I asked her to do. Very pleased.

This was my first visit to the salon and I was very pleased with the result. Cordelle took time to discuss what I wanted and offered advice. She made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to style my hair how I like it. Booking online was easy and I was able to get an appointment the same day.

Great experience today... really good colour and after colour treatment, good experience with washing hair, my neck was looked after (and had a lovely head a shoulder massage) which is important to me. Fabulous cut and finish by Phoebe and... 3 lovely cups of tea!! Highly recommend Hair Ott... you will be looked after no matter how busy they are.

The lovely Alice is amazing, she blow dried my hair making it look 3 times as thick and it lasted 3 days , best blow dry Iv ever had , will definitely be seeing Alice again and il be having a colour with her in the near future .

I came in to get my hair coloured and it was a lovely experience - including a colour treatment and a scalp and shoulder massage. I was nearly asleep most of the time! The colour is beautifully purple too!

Excellent service, I was advised on colour and cut. I'm very happy with the way my hair was treated. It made my day and put a smile on my face. Definitely recommend and will be back again for another treatment.

Eloise takes her time to listen to what my needs are. She suggested a slightly new look at the back of my hair which I was really happy with. I would highly recommend her to others.

I have been seeing Katie for a few years now and it always lovely to chat with her. She is always thorough, professional and does a great job.

Generally the experience at the salon is lovely as well, cup of tea and biscuit, massage and friendly staff at the counter.

Brilliant service as always at Hair OTT Waterlooville. My colour session was well done and Cordelle did a fabulous job.

Alice was really friendly and knowledgeable about the colours and style we could achieve and was able to advise thoroughly the steps we would need to get the colour I wanted. Feel very confident in the service I'll receive.

Following a recent hospital visit, unbeknown to me, there were remaining stiches in my head. Cordelle reacted in such a professional manner and making it clear thst she did not want to hurt me! Following a chat with myself and her manager she continued with the cut and I left feeling pleased with the result. X

It’s always a pleasure going to Hair Ott, it’s a lovely relaxed atmosphere even though the salon is always busy.

I love that Katie listens to what I want and today I asked for a slight change. Katie did just what I asked for and I’m over the moon with my shorter style.
