The Salon was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Phoebe especially was fabulous, she listened to what I wanted and she gave me so much advice and explained what she was doing and why she was doing it every step of the way. She was so friendly and lovely, thank you so much! My hair feels so much better, and I love the shape, the layers, everything about it!

Lily was very friendly and helpful. She was attentive in making me feel comfortable for phoebe to then cut and style my hair. I'm not keen on going to the hairdressers (any) and I told Phoebe that, she was amazing. Just got on with it whilst still involving me in the whole process. Lovely salon, easy to book, skilled hairdressers and attentive Saturday staff. Would recommend.

This is my second appointment with Alice. Together we are working towards new colours/tones for my hair. Alice has already restyled my hair. She has been great talking me through each stage of this transformation and only making the changes I am happy with or agree to. I feel in very safe hands and Alice's skill and knowledge can easily be seen in my wonderful new hairstyle! Would highly recommend her and the OTT salon in Waterlooville, a very friendly, approachable and professional salon.
