doesn’t matter what state my hair gets Cordelle has somehow always given me a cut that lady’s fit neatly 5weeks . it always looks good even when I dry and try to stule my hair

I've coming to Hairott Waterlooville for a while now and I always look forward to my appointment. All staff are always friendly and always make me feel special whenever I come in. Nothing is too much and Eloise is great. Listens to what I want and I always leave happy. This is the only time I actually take time for myself and I enjoy every minute. Thank you guys xx

Cardelle was absolutely fantastic she definitely knows her stuff and walked me through the whole process and I love the colour but in hindsight I wish I had not gone so blonde as nice my hair is like cotton wool but I would highly recommend her

I had some coppery / caramels added to my hair and a richer brown root. I love the result, it’s subtle and natural looking (not striped highlights etc) and adds the depth my hair was lacking. Highly recommend.

I went to see Emma to help me with a colour correct. I was feeling quite anxious but Emma listened to me, made suggestions and we agreed a plan! Emma was just incredible- kind, patient and friendly. And i walked away with my hair exactly as I'd hoped for, if not better!

At last a hair salon and a stylist I can trust to do a good job. Being elderly with fine flyaway hair I have nearly always been disappointed with my haircut at other salons. Phoebe takes special care and is an excellent cutter which my hair needs!! I always know that I can style it myself when I need to due to it being cut into a good shape. Thank you Phoebe
